Midwest

Often confused with the South, the Midwest is the area between the Great Plains and the East Coast. Many of the areas here are a mixture of suburbs, cities, and sleepy towns, acting as a sort of transition area between the Great Plains, the South, and the East. Most of the identity of this area is tied to the Mississippi and Ohio rivers, which once acted as a lifeline to cities nestled along its banks many centuries ago. Filled with a rich diversity, many stories can be found about the adventure and excitement that once thrived along the rivers.

It was a quiet day as usual with billowing clouds and clear blue skies. It was nearing darkness and, soon, the first shift workers of the region would be signing off to return to their homes for a nigh of relaxation before returning the next morning. And it was just this transition that Ring Man had waited for, hoping that those protecting the area as well as the workers would have lowered their guard.

The Robot Masters' stealth transport streaked through the air at high speeds racing towards its designated target. Aboard were only a few troublemakers perhaps because there were currently bigger things happening elsewhere for their faction. But that was another story for another day.

Ring Man turned back from the controls briefly to regard his brothers. "Now then, I'll just recap what we're doing. There's a moderately sized weapons factory in the oncoming area that should be well stocked right now. At least for a while longer... but anyway, we're going to steal as much of the weapons as we can. I will park the transport in the back while the Joes make a hole and enter. Our job is to distract anyone that might show up so that the drones can gather as much as possible. Any questions? Comments?" He gave Yamato and Charge a quizzical look as the Joes in the back of the transport began to suit up and prepare their weapons. Quick and slick. That's what they'd need to be to succeed.

While Ring waited for a response, he kicked off the autopilot and gently maneuvered the transport across the city below, likely avoiding detection from anyone that wasn't paying close attention.

Charge sits around in his seat, fiddling around and anxious to get out. While he never wants to admit it, he's not too fond of flying. Instead, he just takes out a barf bag and places it tentatively next to him. He raises his hand, and waggles it around some. "Do I get to smash stuff?" he sprays out loudly.

Ahh, the midwest. Chuichi used to work here... back before getting fired. Yeah, there were "problems". Entirely not his fault though. Even though he left on bitter terms, he stops by every now and then on patrol. Walks around, looks for crime, listens to police scanners, such and such. It's what he does in his free time. Kind of sad really.

Chuichi's none too observant, despite his amazing mind. His mind is on other things. Always everywhere he goes there is crime to solve. Kittens to free from trees. People littering, fighting, stealing! And then there's Japan! His homeland, his birthplace, his national spirit. He must right the wrongs there too!

It's enough to make you moderately unhappy. Zenigata sighs as he walks down a city street, passing near a group of factories.

Storm Owl has been on an extended tour of America, handling various required negotiations for suppliers for the mighty Fortress V battleship. Her predecessors never needed equipment from outside Repliforce thanks to the United Nations funding. But with that no longer available, well, Storm Owl has had to add negotiations to his long list of skills. Storm Owl has thus far visited San Angeles and New York for face-to-face meetings with suppliers, and had been travelling out to the heartland of America for yet another. High above the clouds dotting the clear blue sky (wait, isn't that a contradiction there?), Storm Owl is at his cruising velocity of just under the speed of sound. It's a good thing he doesn't have to worry about the heavy traffic far, far below him. Storm Owl's enhanced sensors are activated, as always, but he doesn't expect to be picking up anything of interest. Thanks to the 'stealth' in Stealth Transport, this is true.

Far below him, the disgusting city of Detroit looms. Crime, pollution, trash, worthless humans and robots milling about... it's a wonder that this city is still inhabitable anymore. Poor Zenigata has his work cut out for him in this slum-filled cesspool of death and disease.

And why was the violet Hunter in the area? Because there was an awesome little diner nearby. Sure, it was a little craphole of a place, but they had french fries with brown gravy. A delicacy.

Anyway, Foucalt exited the diner with a little bit of gravy still on the side of his mouth, a content look on his face. Willing gravity to bend to his will, he ascended slowly and started floating lazily towards the weapons factory. Why? Because it was the quickest route back to Light Labs Minnesota.

Sewa arrives from the New England.

Sewa has arrived.

Yamato shook his head in a 'negative' fashion at Ring Man's inquiry about questions. "Nothing is unclear about our mission. We strike swift and hard, guard the Joes from any possible hostiles, and hopefully leave soon with a hold full of weapons."

Ring Man was THIS close to just backhanding Charge Man but that would be counter-productive. Instead he just sighed and offered his response. "Yes, you will get to smash things. Just be sure to not damage the weapons, okay?" He asked while steering the transport closer to the factory. He didn't expect much in way of a pleasant response from Charge but that was the norm.

Finally, they arrived and touched down just behind the weapon factory, the back doors of the transport swinging open as the Joes quickly rushed out and placed plastic over an area of the building. Ring, meanwhile, nodded to his brothers. "Very well then, let's move out," he said as a deafening explosion filled the air. The Joes had made their entrance and swarmed into the factory firing on anyone that made any sort of menacing actions... which was basically anyone that didn't just outright run away.

You paged Ring Man with 'Would opening the door and having Joes pour out mess up the stealthness?'

Charge leans back in his seat some, twiddling his fingers and occasionally glancing at the paper bag next to him, and then to the windows, then back to the bag. He leans back even further at the sudden swooping motion as the transport lands on the ground. But, he covers this up with a loud shout. "Woo woo! I get to SMASH and CRASH! It's okay, I won't smash the weapons!" He waits until the transport is fully landed, and he stumbles out of the door, clipping at the side with his hip and causing a little dent which he ignores.

He turns to look at the explosion, the heat and the noise of it already getting him excited. He throws his fist up in the air, accompanied by the customary TOOOOOOOOT of his whistle, and starts dashing off near the entrance and glancing around at the area. Dirty, filthy, full of trash, but it will do. "C'MON! LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Deafening Explosion? Ok... that's different. Chuichi Zenigata goes into full alert mode. Which isn't anything special, it just makes him run really fast and akwardly to the source of the explosion, a nearby factory! He hears gunshots... destruction... CRIME!

He reaches the factory, enters through the front door, dashing past all the fleeing and non-fleeing civilians to reach the factory floor. From the catwalk above he glared down at the chaos. Shock! It's Joes! Robot Master Joes! This calls for action.

He brandishes a single pair of handcuffs. "You're all under arrest!"

La de da...flying around and heading home.

            Wait a tic....explosion?

"Aw crap. Guess I better check it out." muttered Foucalt as he picked up speed and zoomed towards the site of the explosion. At that point he did some math. A Robot Master Transport plus an explosion plus Joes equals a bad day for all involved. The violet Hunter descended rapidly, weapons systems charging as he fell. He stopped his fall about fifteen feet from the ground, a purple corona starting to pulse about his body. "God damn Robot Masters. Can't a guy eat at a diner and not be stopped by morons on his way home? Ugh."

[Radio: (B) Main] Weld Scorpion transmits a groan, followed by, "Ugh... Someone... Someone just took out the Docking Bay crew... Everyone seems fine... Just unconscious... But we're locked out..."

Storm Owl was in deep thought for this trip, considering various new tactical maneuvers to share with the Fortress V Command Staff, the best way to recalibrate that engine's power matrix that has been giving the engineers trouble for the last few days, the next move to make in his chess match with one of the ship's other officers, and exactly how he'll deal with Flame Hyenard's insubordination should Colonel fail to do so. But alas, the Commander is pulled out of his thoughts by an internal alarm indicating that his sensors have detected something unusual. An explosion in Detroit. Given that safety is not high on the list of things of this run down city, this is not terribly surprising. Storm Owl calculates that there's an 84.6 percent chance that this is merely an accident with one of the factories. But the sudden police (what little the beleaguered city still has) radio chatter proves that the odds have been beaten. Putting the rest of his thoughts on hold, Storm Owl begins to drop from the sky. Not wanting to make the same mistake as last time, Storm Owl is planning to take full command of this situation on behalf of the good guys. He transmits a message on broadband that even the bad guys should be able to receive:

"This is Major Storm Owl of Repliforce. I am taking command of the defense. Any units willing to defend against the attackers should report to me immediately. To the Robot Master force: Leave or die. This is your first and only warning. Failure to depart will result in your destruction. Message ends."

[Radio: (B) Main] Storm Owl transmits, "Security to the docking bay immediately. Report, crewman."

[Radio: (B) Main] Iris transmits, "Locked out? Wait, I can override the locks..."

[Radio: (B) Main] Colonel transmits, "Someone get on this right away. My readouts say nothing about an intruder."

[Radio: (B) Main] Iris transmits, "Attempting to override the Docking Bay locks..."

[Radio: (B) Main] Storm Owl transmits, "Crewman Weld Scorpion. Report immediately."

[Radio: (B) Main] Weld Scorion transmits, "Unngh... Wh... What, sir?"

[Radio: (B) Main] Marine Lieutenant Assault Kangaroo transmits, "I'm heading over there immediately."

[Radio: (B) Main] Storm Owl transmits, "'Took out' how? Is there anyone confirmed to still be in the docking bay?"

[Radio: (B) Main] Iris transmits, "I've got the Docking Bay open again, I need people down here. Whoever got in here was issued a priority command code -- issued by a division commander."

[Radio: (B) Main] Colonel transmits, "....."

[Radio: (B) Main] Storm Owl transmits, "Excellent. Our list of suspects has shortened."

As soon as the heat from the blast had died down to a reasonably safe level, Yamato had taken up a position beside the gaping hole left in the wake of the explosion. Only a minute or two had passed before before resistance had arrived. The Samurai spotted three hostile units, two of which were unknown to him, but he recognized Storm Owl from a previous raid.

Yamato stepped forward, his spear stabbing through the air to point towards the one 'attempting' to arrest the Robot Masters. "Flee now or forfeit you life."

Ring Man quickly ran out from the rear of the transport and past the remaining Joes who had not yet entered the facilitiy. Once inside, he began to quickly shout and motion orders to the collected drones making sure that they did not waste time and effort on the living creatures and instead do what they were supposed to. Collect every weapon they could find.

Now that that was done, Ring turned to face the man who had recently entered the facility shouting some nonsense about them all being under arrest. PAH! How laughable. And that's just what Ring did, bursting into laughter while disregarding the recieved transmission from Storm Owl. It looked like it was going to be a rough night. "How about this? We put /you/ under arrest! Then let's see how you feel! Not very good, I'll bet, huh?!" He cried out while forming a series of small rings on his fingers whilst his hands twirled slightly. The rings began to build up speed despite the slowness of Ring's movements and were soon spinning fast enough to act as a saw.

[Radio: (B) Main] Weld Scorpion transmits, "I... I donno... I was working on... Repairing some ride armor damages one minute, the next I hear a shriek behind me... And then I'm locked in the secondary turbolift shaft... No one on the assigned crew is still in there..."

[Radio: (B) Main] Colonel transmits, "I have an ill feeling about this."

[Radio: (B) Main] Barrage Raptor transmits, "I'm heading down there."

[Radio: (B) Main] Barrage Raptor transmits, "And no, I won't blow up the docking bay. So whoever is going to comment, stow it before I stick you on KP."

Sewa walks on over to the factory. It's a weapons factory, and this is a perfect excuse to check out the latest goods! Of course, sure, she has a real reason to be here too. "Liscenced medic," she chirps merrily as she wanders to and fro to the factory, "Liscenced medic, here to provide medical assistance for your everyday needs!", she winks cutely at someone. Her charm is at ... 110 percent! "Thank you, thank you, coming through, liscenced medic!"

Charge Man growls and paces around the area like an oversized pit-bull, just waiting to maul someone into shreds and then get caught by the police and put down, how sad! Anyway. The train, still outside of the factory, turns towards the wall and dashes in, bursting through like a runaway freight train and giving out another loud whistle. On the way, he transmits back: "Shut the hell up before I roast ya, turkey!" He paces some more, trying to decide just what to do. He figures Ring Man will handle the wannabe arrestor.

Chuichi Zenigata returns Yamato's threat with an angry shout. "YOU!" Recognition clicks in his head. He's read the dossiers, and he knew one day he'd run into Yamato Man. And he's not happy one bit, looking like he wants to jump off the catwalk and strange the master to death.

But he's got a job to do, first.

For one thing, there's a buch of joes running around stealing guns, and he doesn't like the idea of that /at all/. He jumps off the catwalk, lands akwardly, gets up a moment later, and begins rushing at joes! He grabs several pairs of handcuffs from inside his jacket and begins cuffing joes left and right, pausing only to beat them senseless with his fists. He cuffs one joe to himself, and with a quick pull knocks it off it's feet and begins using it as a morningstar against the other joes!

Grumbling angrilly and loudly the whole time.

[Radio: (B) Main] Storm Owl transmits, "Report in as soon as an identification is made."

"How about you all shut up and get lost!" bellowed Foucalt, his energy wreath flaring. Pointing at the nearest Robot Master. In this case, Ring Man. "It's your last chance here, buddy. Stand down, or I'll rip you apart and give your ring to my mom."

The energy corona expanded and became translucent. Forcefield, go!

The air warps around Foucalt as he creates a sphere of gravity around himself.

Storm Owl's velocity continues to increase as he falls towards the ground. The Commander pulls up and levels off as he makes his approach towards the weapons factory. He can spot Yamato Man and Ring Man facing off against Chuichi Zenigata, who appears to be attempting to make an arrest. "Chuichi, disable them first. Arrest them second." He orders, feeling fully competent to boss an Interpol officer about, who's now rushing towards the Joes. Idiot. Storm Owl at least does see the virtue of attacking the Joes, even if arresting them is useless. "Drones cannot be put on trial, Chuichi. Thus arresting them is illogical. Destroy them." He orders again.

Storm has now entered the factory itself and is on the ground. Hopefully Charge Man won't be able follow him precisely. Storm used a -gasp!- door, where Charge used a wall. Flying won't do him much good here, alas. The Fortress V Commander has his wind generators up and running, and he moves through the factory like a SWAT officer clearing through a hostile building.

[Radio: (B) Main] Iris gasps!

Yamato sprung into action as the unknown interloper (I mean Interpoler) cuffed one of the drones to his arm and began to swing it into other Joes. He leapt a fair distance into the air, twirling his spear in both hands before gasping the end of it. He swung down with all his might, aiming the middle of the shaft for the officer's head.

[Radio: (B) Main] Storm Owl transmits, "Major?"

Yamato Man strikes Chuichi Zenigata with his Spear Chop attack.

[Radio: (B) Main] Jet Stingray transmits, "...What's going on?"

[Radio: (B) Main] Iris transmits, "...That's B...err, Bolero! I know that voice -- I analyzed it to be completely sure, but...that's Bolero in the Docking Bay! What's he /doing/? He just said something about a mission..."

[Radio: (B) Main] Storm Owl transmits, "Bolero, report in at once."

Sewa steps inside, "You're saying like Robot Masters can be," she informs Storm Owl as she steps inside, "Most nations would use a protocol of permanent deactivation, perhaps downloading the mind into an immobile harddrive.", she glances around, and spots a worker. "'Scuse me," and with that she heads to that poor fellow and runs analysis. "Go on, beat each other up, I'll be right over here if you need me.", she says almost lazily.

[Radio: (B) Main] Colonel sounds more serious than usual. "Bolero. If you are on this channel, explain yourself."

[Radio: (B) Main] Bolero emits a low growl. "I am attempting to remove my taint from this Force. Sir."

[Radio: (B) Main] Colonel transmits, ".....Your taint?"

[Radio: (B) Main] Iris transmits, "B, stop it! You're not tainted, what do you think you're doing?!"

[Radio: (B) Main] Storm Owl transmits, "That is illogical. Your crime stands. Any further crimes can only serve to increase the 'taint', as you refer to it as."

[Radio: (B) Main] Bolero transmits the sound of a radio getting forcibly turned off.

Reporto has left.

Chuichi Zenigata doesn't really hear anybody anymore. He barely hears Ring's mockery, Yamato's threats, or Owl's orders. He's too busy destroying joes. Punching joe faces in and beating them senseless with each other. At one point he has to release the joe he's cuffed to on the grounds that there's only an arm left, and cuff another one. He's got two things on his mind: Destroy All Joes, Arrest All Yamato Man. Normally that would instead read Robot Masters, but Yamato offends him on a personal level.

His lack of focus costs him as Yamato Man's speak gives him a healthy sock in the head. That certainly put things into perspective. "You disgrace! I'll wipe the floor with you!" He screams. With his left hand he reaches for something on his belt... a Jutte! Japanese disarming weapon, with a red tassle of honor. But in a pinch, it makes a solid weapon. It looks like he hasn't forgotten about the joes in his fight with Yamato though. He swings the joe around, putting him off balance but giving him momentum away from Yamato. He swings the joe into a few more of his comrades, bashing a few others with the Jutte, and turning back to Yamato Man to make him Pay!

Chuichi Zenigata strikes Yamato Man with his Jutte Jab attack.

Ring Man continued to laugh for a moment before shifting his face into a scowl after having seen Zenigata damage his precious Joes as well as... handcuff some? Strange, but that was a different matter. Ring turned to Yamato and motioned toward the guy with way too many sets of handcuffs. "Hurry up and take care of him!"

"Charge Man! Take care of that stupid bird when you see it! I'll deal with this fashionably challenged one!" He cried before turning back to face the one who had confronted him. He was still maintaining the speed of the small rings that adorned his fingers. "So, whoever you are, you dare to challenge /me/? The one and only..." Ring said as he began to play hokie dramatic music through a small speaker, "... RING MAN?! FOOL! I will crush you like a bug! The small kind. Not those hellspawns you find in the sewers! Those are tougher! And not as tasty! I mean... uh... have at you!" And then he threw his arm out with fingers outstretched, sending the small rings flying at their target like itty bitty spinning things of crazy painful hurtyness!

Ring Man strikes Foucalt with his Mini Rings attack.

Foucalt's forcefield withstands the attack.

[Radio: (B) Main] Storm Owl transmits, "Colonel, I suggest that Bolero be hunted down and disabled forcefully before he puts the ship in danger."

[Radio: (B) Main] Jet Stingray transmits, "...Am I needed to kick some aft?"

[Radio: (B) Main] Colonel transmits, "The order has already been given."

[Radio: (B) Main] Colonel transmits, "Yes, Jet. Aid Barrage in subduing Bolero."

[Radio: (B) Main] Marine Lieutenant Assault Kangaroo transmits, "I am also around to help both of you if I'm desperately needed."

Charge Man rushes in the middle of the fray, looking back and forth. Before he can go through with his next move, though, he hears Ring Man shout an order. Thankfully, he's smart enough to follow it and the train turns around to face the 'stupid bird' who has just arrived. He smiles a not-very-nice smile, and, beating his chest with his fists like a gorilla, the Epsilon tooooooots. He braces himself for a moment as his boilers set to work, his body growing redder and redder. Strangely, no steam issues from his smokestack as he runs to where the Owl is, only then releasing a HUGE cloud of ultra-hot steam!

Charge Man strikes you with a minor hit from his Superheated Steam attack for 7 units of damage.

The rings bounced away from the forcefield with a crackle. "God. what a laugh." Fashionably chalenged /indeed/. "I'm Foucalt, ask Shade Man about me. I've ripped him limb from limb enough times." The forcefield fell, the power flowing back into his fingers, causing them to burst into violet flame. Said flames coalesced into violet rings that were the size of chackrams. If Ring Man wanted to throw rings, Foucalt could too! Flicking his wrists, both projectiles were hurled, leaving a trail of sparkling energy motes in their wake.

The air clears as Foucalt banishes the sphere.

[Radio: (B) Main] Barrage Raptor transmits, "It's just Bolero. I'm pretty sure I can handle this."

Foucalt strikes Ring Man with his Corona Ring attack.

[Radio: (B) Main] Barrage Raptor transmits, "You guys stay on standby, just in case."

[Radio: (B) Main] Marine Lieutenant Assault Kangaroo transmits, "Right."

[Radio: (B) Main] Colonel transmits, "Do not be overconfident, Barrage."

[Radio: (B) Main] Barrage Raptor transmits, "I need aerial units outside of the docking bay doors, ASAP."

[Radio: (B) Main] Barrage Raptor transmits, "If he tries to make a run for it, somebody has to stop him./"

Storm Owl transmits back to Sewa, "It would be possible, in theory." he notes. In truth, a captured Robot Master would be tied up in so many legal issues about whether he's sentient, able to stand trial, can just be blasted apart, or whatever that he'd finally just be freed by his fellow Robot Masters. Or assassinated in his cell by one of the good guys. Either/or. Storm continues to sulk throughout the halls, shooting Joes with bursts of air if he happens to come across any stragglers. "I favour your suggestion, however," he transmits again to Sewa almost as an afterthought. By chance, the owl is no-where near Chuichi Zenigata and is in a different part of the factory. While this means he cannot help out the Interpol agent, it does mean he can zap any Joes running around that Chuichi wouldn't be anywhere close enough to stop.

Storm Owl would be perfectly happy to annihilate the Joes without any Robot Master interference, but the war bird suddenly hears a loud crash behind him as Charge Man bursts through whatever walls might have been in the way, releasing a blast of superheated steam at him. Protecting himself with one of his wings, Storm has no room in here to fly, and thus is at a terrible disadvantage. Wordlessly, Storm Owl registers the severe heat damage to his right wing and retaliates by throwing one of his feather blades at the Robot Master, seeking to impale the train.

You strike Charge Man with a glancing hit from your Feather Missile attack.

[Radio: (B) Main] Storm Owl transmits, "Emergency standby aerial squadron Gamma and Delta responding. They are taking position around the shi*static**crackle*"

[Radio: (B) Main] Barrage Raptor transmits, "Come again?"

[Radio: (B) Main] Marine Lieutenant Assault Kangaroo transmits, "He said the Gamma and Delta emergency aerial squadrons were responding to this... but somebody's going to have to rescue Storm Owl, wherever he is."

Ring Man scowled angrily as his rings bounced harmlessly away from Foucalt and his acursed barrier. But whatever, he needed to buy time for the Joes regardless of whether or not he actually hurt his opponent. Speaking of hurt, that's just what Ring Man was soon feeling as giant rings of burning purple light... burned him. "AGH! How dare you mock me! I will not sit idly by and let this happen! No, for I am RING MAN!" He cries as, once again, hokie dramatic music begins to play through a small speaker. "RUINER OF WORLDS AND LORD OF ALL BUNNIES! I mean... oh, screw it. Who gives a damn what I mean?"

He threw his arm forward then while bracing it with his other, pulling his fingers together and clenching them into a fist. "Get ready for some yummy golden honey crisp! Only it's not cereal! It's made of rings!" He threatened before his forearm and fist vanished in a swarming hail of golden rings that flew out towards Foucalt like a firehose at a civil disobedient, hopefully to engulf and injure.

Ring Man misses Foucalt with his Ring Storm attack.

Sewa chuckles at Storm Owl's reply, fixes up the reploid worker, and pulls him up to his feet, "Now, run, I don't fix twice.", she then moves on over to the next one, ducking under some Golden Rings as she crouches by the body.

Charge's smokestack finishes the assault of steam with a few small tea-kettle sounding noises while the train cools down some. Unfortunately, this leaves him open for any counterattacks. He continues his way forward. The feather blade swipes at his heavily armored cowcatcher with a metallic thunk, leaving behind a nasty gash on it. The train pauses and assesses this damage, before he looks back at Storm Owl, rage in his blue optics. "Grr..." he says eloquently as he runs through the hallway, his heavy head lowered some to ram at the Repliforcer.

[Radio: (B) Main] Iris transmits, "Storm Owl is alright, he's just out of communications range...I'm able to confirm this...at least he's okay, he just can't respond at the moment."

Charge Man strikes you with a minor hit from his Head Meets Something Hard attack for 13 units of damage.

[Radio: (B) Main] Marine Lieutenant Assault Kangaroo transmits, "I see."

That looked like a painful swarm of rings. Foucalt's best bet was to not be there. Diving to the left, he shunted energy into his right hand, causing it to start crackling with electricity, the arcs of it crossing over his hand and arm. As he dove, he leveled his arm at Ring man and loosed a nasty purple blast of the stuff at the Robot Master.

"I said you could give up! Surrender /is/ an option!"

Foucalt strikes Ring Man with his Intensity Branching attack.

Storm Owl is, in case I have not mentioned it before, at a serious disadvantage. He's inside a factory where he cannot fly against a melee monster. This is what Storm Owl considers a 'bad tactical situation'. But his options are limited, alas. The war bird is tackled like a little Quarterback by that hulking linebacker who was just itching for a chance to get a shiny sack by creaming the guy into the turf. Storm is carried backwards and through one of the walls, causing rubble to rain down all around him. The war bird coughs and shakes his head, dazed from the mighty blow.

Not bothering to banter with the witless Robot Master, Storm Owl tries to get back up onto his feet, but fails. Still on the ground, the owl aims both his fists up at Charge and sends a large burst of air his way, desperately trying to get some distance between him and train.

You miss Charge Man with your Wing Gale attack.

Yamato tried his best to roll with the attack, but still managed to get hit quite squarely, though to little effect due to his armor. Now that he was closer to the reploid, the martial arts master felt slightly more confident. Seeing that the 'Joe Mace' was fairly useful to the Repliforce agent, Yamato targeted Chuichi's elbow and stuck swiftly with the butt of his spear.

Yamato Man strikes Chuichi Zenigata with his Joint Strike attack.

During all this fussing and cussing, the Joes continued to perform their assigned task grabbing anything and everything that resembled a weapon. One made an advance on Yamato Man attempting to grab his spear but quickly realized just what it was doing and returned to gathering guns. Those that had been cuffed by Zenigata were, by now, freed and back to work while those that had been mercilessly beaten... well, some of them were still operational and, so, resumed working making sure to avoid the officer in the future.

Meanwhile, Ring Man was not faring so well. He was already quite hammered by Foucalt. Talk about a stiff drink that you don't drink. He cursed quietly as he brought himself back to his feet having just recently been knocked to the ground by some sort of purple energy burst of stuff from Foucalt.

"So, <cough>, you say that surrender is an option? Just what are the terms of this surrender? And who all is involved? Cuz, ya know, if you guys offer some yummy meals and cable then I might be so inclined to surrender," Ring said to his assailant while brushing at the scorch marks on his body.

Bam! Charge's head goes into contact with the turkey, ramming him through one of the walls! He ignores the rubble bouncing off all over his armor, snorting like an angry bull. He sees the war bird aiming his fists at him, and confused, he feels something breezy (and sees it) coming right at him! Quickly, the train goes into a straddling position with his feet firmly against the ground in case the wind is strong enough to push his quarter-ton frame away, and also bending his wheel-plated shoulder to the front in order to help deflect it. Sure enough, it works, and now Charge attempts to grab Storm Owl by his wings and fling him against another wall like a sack of potatoes!

Charge Man strikes you with a solid hit from his Ultrahuck attack for 15 units of damage.

"Well. I'm not in charge, but I figure you'll rot in the brig at HQ, then be disarmed and made into Roll's assistant. You can carry cookies. Or I'll give you to Bullet as a christmas present, because she hates you." Foucalt's grin was very much like the cheshire cat's: Enigmatic and not without malice. "So you could either snand down and come along quietly, or I could rip your arms off and beat you with them."

Ring Man listens quietly to all the Foucalt has to say and eventually scoffs a bit. "So you'd basically surround me with jail bait while leaving me no way to take advantage. And Bullet? Please no. I'd very much rather /not/ be submitted to her sadomasochistic ways. Perhaps you could just let me be Roll's assistant? She's not one of those goth chicks, right? Yeah, she wears that obnoxious red dress and has blonde hair... gotta be happy," Ring commented idly more to himself but making sure that it was loud enough for the other to hear.

"Hey, you know how to confuse a blonde? Put her in a round room and tell her a hot guy's in the corner. Gahahahaha!" He laughed heartily to himself and, dare I say it, even slapped his knee! Ahyuk!

Storm Owl is getting to be in more and more serious trouble as time goes on. The vicious Charge Man is doing what any Robot Master thus far has failed miserably to do - beating the tar out of Storm Owl. The Owl's winds die down even as Charge reaches him. The war bird raises a hand in a feeble attempt to defend himself against the raging bull-train, but is powerless to stop Charge Man from picking him up and hurling him into another wall.

There's two pieces of bad news and one piece of good news. The good news is that Storm doesn't get thrown /nearly/ as hard as one would have expected. The /bad/ news is that this is because his already scorched wing simply gets torn off by the force of the throw. The OTHER bad news is that, while not as strong as it could have been, Storm Owl still smashes through another two sets of walls facefirst. On the ground, Storm Owl spends a few seconds bleeding.

He spends the next few seconds slowly rising to his feet (and bleeding). He is covered in dirt and soot. Still Storm Owl remains silent, and he idly wonders how his ship is doing back over the African Rainforest. Raising his hands, the owl begins to call down the mighty winds. Rubble (there's plenty of it, believe me) is flung about in an amazingly ordered storm, whipping about violently and smashing at any Joes in the area. Storm Owl sends the raging winds, the storm, and the massive amounts of debris towards Charge.

Surely... surely /this/ will stop the behemoth.

You strike Charge Man with a solid hit from your Cyclone Winds attack.

Chuichi Zenigata has been shifting his focus between his personal rage at Yamato Man's very existence and taking care of the joes. Many of them have been knocked out of commission entirely and others delayed for the local police forces (they do exist) to handle. But for all the damage he's causing he's taking some serious hits from Yamato Man, who seizes the ooprtunity to nail him in the elbow with his spear. Zenigata screams in pain and anger, his right arm too sore to do anything right now.

"Like it or not you're getting arrested you BASTARD!" He puts the jutte back on his belt. A panel on his arm slides back and out pops a handcuff on a chain. He deftly attempts to cuff Yamato Man. With any luck, the special charge associated with this paticular one should stop him momentarilly.

Sewa fixes the next bloke, and sends him on his way too before standing up and glancing around to watch the evildoers fight the boy scouts. She thinks about this for a few moments before turning and walking to explore the factory to see just what -is- it that the Robot Masters are so interested in. It couldn't just be normal weapons, right?

Foucalt rolled his eyes. "Wuss. Bullet's not so bad." So she had a worse temper than he did, big deal. He kept both eyes on Ring Man, that one had more tricks than a used car salesman. "On second thought, I'll just beat you up. It's more fun this way, I think." Smirking, his weapons systems blasted to full output, and he extended both hands at Ring Man. For a moment, nothing happened, then debris started to rise into the air. It started small, paper, pop cans, rats. The size of things increased, though, growing to include trash cans, dumpsters and, yes, Ring Man. If things worked correctly, the Robot Master would rise about sixty feet into the air.....and then he would fall, along with the rest of the debris.

Foucalt misses Ring Man with his Gravity Inversion attack.

Charge Man makes no motions of gloating even after his spectacular throw, and the train charges through the turkey-shaped hole in the wall, making it into a train-shaped hole in the wall. Charge jumps down quite a few feet onto the lower ground, only to find himself assaulted by a storm of wind and debris. The debris knocks at his armor, putting many dents into it but thankfully not rupturing his steam tank.

The wind is strong enough to push the Master back into the wall, all the while getting assaulted by more debris. Charge covers his face with his armored gauntlets, until the storm passes. Roaring in fury, the train squats down and lets his wheels pop out underneath his dented feet. Smoke pouring from the stack on his head, he zooms over at the war-bird.

The time it took the officer to change weapons had given Yamato just enough time to react. The Samurai-bot smiled behind his face guard as he dodged Chuichi's attempt to handcuff him, allowing the Repliforcer to rush past. The Robot Master took the opportunity to again strike at the weak points (joints) on the reploid's body as he lets loose with a flurry of attacks from both ends of his spear.

Yamato Man strikes Chuichi Zenigata with his Spear Frenzy attack.

Ring Man chortled a bit more at his own joke before frowning at Foucalt. "HEY! That's not a very nice thing to say /or/ do! You should be a better person! F**king hell, you hunters are way to f**king psychotic. Seriously, someone needs to rethink your operation," he said while shaking his fist at Foucalt with middle finger extended.

And then debris began to rise from the ground like something from one of those obnoxious anime about men screaming and buldging and gassing. Remembering those shows from the past, Ring quickly springs to life and lunges forward with surprising speed. As he drew near to his opponent, a moderately sized ring formed in his hand which he rapidly flung forward and up hoping to catch Foucalt in the arm and, Wily willing, sever it from its host.

Ring Man strikes Foucalt with his Surgical Strike attack.

He....he just about lost his arm. Foucalt skimmed backwards too late, pulling away from the Robot Master, his left arm hanging limply, and uselessly from his shoulder. "Alright. Game over, jerkface." The Matthewsbot had no time for rude gestures, only for obliteration!

He flexed his right hand and a sphere of energy tookform, growing to about the size of a softball. Rising from the ground, he leveled his palm, energy sphere and all at Ring Man. "You're finished! Hurry up and die!"

I believe the proper term is 'FwaKOOM!'

Foucalt strikes Ring Man with his Quasar attack.

Chuichi Zenigata makes a mental note to update the dossier on Yamato Man as most of his systems start ringing up critical alarms in his head, as he certainly wasn't expecting this level of combat ability. Impaled, battered, and stabbed all to hell, most of Chuichi's essential parts, while built tough to not fall off piece by piece but rather all at once, are looking extremely battered. Circuitry exposed, dents everywhere, and looking rather pained, Zenigata stands tall one last time, his face consumed with anger.

"You haven't heard the last of this! You're a disgrace, thieving scum, and /you're/ /no/ /warrior/! I'll see you in prison yet, Yamato Man! I'm calling for backup! And I'm taking your blasted thieving joes DOWN!" He's Pissed. And now he's making a break for the exit. He was planning to let Yamato have it with the joe mace, but instead he's going to wreck around a dozen joes swinging his "mace" on the way out.

He's defeated. He's running for the hills. But he'll be damned if your stupid joes get away with the loot.

Chuichi Zenigata retreats from the area swiftly, leaving him open to pursuit or parting shots from Charge Man and Storm Owl.

Sewa finds nothing cool! And her player lost the cool pose from before! Therefore, she turns back and heads back to the battle with a grim expression on her face.

It is nice to have a battle where there isn't asinine banter going between the two combatants. Who would have guessed that it would be versus Charge Man for this to be so. Storm Owl keeps the pressure up on Charge, sending wave after wave of debris against the train. Sure, with the quarters this small, the place is being ruined, but alas this is unavoidable. The war bird takes a step back even as Charge pushes his way through the storm, approaching quicker and quicker...

The owl realizes now that Charge Man. Will. Not. Be. Stopped. As the train roars towards him, the owl lets go of his gale and stumbles through desperation to the side. He can feel the paint being scraped off by the charging Robot Master. This is how close it was to there being an impact. Feeling a slightly renewed sense of strength, Storm Owl begins processing several thousand calculations in order to get this to work perfectly. While Charge Man is hopefully not facing him, Storm Owl summons a huge blast of air from both of his fists, trying to blow Charge Man through the final wall that'll put him outside of the factory. Does Storm Owl still have enough left in him for this?

You strike Charge Man with a major hit from your Cyclone Cannon attack.

Ring Man cackled madly at seeing his attack succeed almost completely. But, alas, the arm was still attached. "HA! You're the jerkface, jerkface! Why don't you let me jerk your chicken! That's some good eatin', yessiriebob," he said while rubbing his belly and licking his lips. And then there was a glowing softball headed for him... his face, to be precise.

A gruesome sound emenated from the vicinity of his head as the energy ball made contact, his head yoinking back and the forward. Yes, it was most pleasantly burned and crispy. Pizza anyone? "AGH! You freakin' Carrot wannabe! Fine, I'll just have to go Veggetable on your ass!" He cried while bringing his arm forward again, bracing it with the other and sending out another torrent of delicious golden rings at Foucalt.

Ring Man misses Foucalt with his More Rings Than Redwing attack.

Foucalt disappeared in the barrage of rings. Did Ring Man shred him so badly that there was nothing left? Was the Matthewsbot utterly consumed? And what /was/ that red spiralling disc heading for Ring Man? Find out next time!

Alright, So Foucalt just pulled back quite a bit and drew his D-Saber from where it was locked to his hip. THe twin blades were ignited, and the weapon was thrown, tendrils of gravity sending it speeding along its way towards the Robot master and back to Foucalt, where he switched it off and locked it to his person again!

Foucalt strikes Ring Man with his Thrown Saber attack.

The locomotive speeds towards Storm Owl.. closer and closer.. his engines chung, choo-choo-choo-choo-chooooo! And then.. he speeds right PAST Storm Owl! At first the train had thought he had hit the bird, judging by how close he was, but instead he had missed by a hair! His eyes widen, and he shouts, "WHAT?!" in an angry tone.. and as he turns his head some to face Storm Owl, he finds himself completely blown away! It's a very amusing sight to see as Charge Man tumbles head over foot over head past many of the other combatants, smashing some Joes on the way in a clumsy cartwheel - the wind was just that strong. Finally, the Master crashes through one of the metal walls with a huge smash. Debris and rubble flies out from the impact, and dust rises up dramatically.

A few moments pass by until the train runs right back into the building. The back of his head is completely smashed up, the caboose having fallen off. The synthskin on his face looks worse for the wear, some circuitry exposed in various places. One of his arms is busted up. With a loud, ear-piercing TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT, Charge Man fires up his engines to their maximum power, and with renewed rage, barrels right at Storm Owl.

Sewa returns, carrying an HF-Plasma Rifle. HF-Plasma Rifles are outdated pieces of junks by today's standards, but they are still as useful for killing people as most weapons, it just doesn't have the latest gimicks. Sewa mutters a little under her breath before glancing to Charge Man, glancing to Yamato Man, and then finally glancing to Ring Man, "Hey, you're the leader of this operation aren't you?" She says irritably.

"I searched this factory, and there is absolutely nothing cool in here, you dork! I could build you better weapons for two-thirds of the cost that transport fees and repairs, in just about as much time! Doesn't Wily teach you guys the basics!? Was there even a point to this!? Argh!", she throws the rifle at the back of Ring Man's head before storming angrilly towards the exit. "Byar Byar Byar I'm stealing crap! Come and stop me! And they do.. Eeergggh. First toys, then this. Hmph!"

Ring Man couldn't help but grin as he saw his opponent vanish within the storm of rings. Or so he thought. Instead, he soon saw an energy blade flying straight at him, his expression turning to that of surprise. Not horror, surprise. Ring Man is not a wuss, damnit! He's just small boned! Anyway, he attempts to dodge futily and ends up avoiding a direct hit from the blade, though he does lose his left arm to the attack. "AGHAGHAGH! I hate you! IhateyouIhateyouIhateyou! I HATE YOU! GLARBLEHGER!"

Ring continued to rant for a bit before hearing some obnoxious shouting from some fly that was apparently on the wall. Wondering why it wasn't screaming 'Help me!' in a high pitched voice, Ring doesn't notice the oncoming weapon which conks him squarely in the head. "Owowow..." he said while giving his head a rub and turning to see what was going on. "So! You say you can make them cheaper and faster, huh? Then perhaps I should put in an order! How does /that/ sound?! HUH?! I bet you don't like that very much, do you?"

As he was speaking, he was slowly making his way back down to the level below and away from his attackers, hoping they wouldn't notice. But, screw it, he just broke into a run then and made his way for the entrance the Joes had made.

Ring Man retreats from the area swiftly, leaving him open to pursuit or parting shots from Charge Man and Storm Owl.

Foucalt smirked as Ring Man started to turn tail and run away. "Not so fast...you've got something I want..." he murmured to himself as he extended a tendril of gravity to snake around Ring Man's ornament ring on his head. When he had a good grip, he'd give it a decent yank and pull the thing to his good hand.

Part of his christmas shopping would be done.

Foucalt strikes Ring Man with his Grasp attack.

Storm Owl rises fully to his feet as Charge Man is blown through the walls and outside of the factory. Wires and armour hang from his body the tattered wrappings of a long-dead mummy. His right wing has been ripped off, leaving twitching servos that spark. Every so often, a servo attempts to move, making a pathetic mechanical whining sound. The Commander of the Fortress V glares out of the hole made by the Robot Master's plight begins summoning up another storm to put the train down for the count. The air begins to tighten around the war bird as his hands flex and clench. Storm Owl can see Charge Man rise back up after the impact as if from the grave. There's a sputtering sound as one of this twin wind generators begins to fail him. A diagnostic explains the situation in stark words: He's down to half generating power. Storm Owl does not visibly react to the news, but instead begins to reroute power to his other, lone functional weapon.

By this time, Charge Man is back on his feet and is staring back at the war bird, firing off his horn in a protesting screech. The Repliforce officer however does not waver even as the Robot Master wheels about and begins to set himself for another attack run. Calculations run madly through Storm Owl's brilliant mind, plotting trajectories and percentages of what will happen should he take any number of his options at this point.

Finally, however, the behemoth makes his move, and it is past the time for thought. Only action will speak now. Just as the monster begins his advance; Storm Owl unleashes a devastating burst of air at Charge Man with his last remaining weapon. Alas, Charge Man keeps coming. The owl fires off another blast, but Charge Man keeps coming. Storm Owl locks his remaining wing into a forward position and fires off the only two feather missiles stored there. But of course, Charge Man keeps coming. Storm Owl scowls and aims his fists for another wave of compressed air. Unfortunately, Charge Man keeps coming, and at the moment of impact, blackness abruptly covers the war bird's mind.

After the terrifying collision, Storm Owl is on the ground, many meters away from the point of impact. His head is twisted at an odd angle, and only a faint sparking of a torn limb indicates he even still lives.

Ring Man cackled madly to himself as he ran away feeling quite sure that he had managed to escape anymore harm. And then RRRRIIIP! With a horrified expression on his face, he reached up to grasp the top of his head... which was gone. It seemed he had been scalped clear down to the top of his optics.

Whirling around, Ring threw up his fist defiantly and cursed Foucalt. "Curse you, foul demon! I will have my revenge someday! SOMEDAAAAAAAAAAY!" He cried as he fell to his knees, eyes closed and fist clenched at the heavens, crying out his vengeance.

Yamato gave a quick bow at the retreating Repliforcer, knowing that their fight wasn't over...not by a long shot. "I won't let you get away with insulting my honor...we will meet again." He whispered to himself as he turned to focus his attention on the remaining reploid as it ripped Ring Man's ring off the top of the Robot Master's head with an invisible form of energy. "I will give you the same chance I gave the other, desist your actions now and retreat or cease to function."

Sewa blinks, glances over to Ring Man, "Er, actually, not -faster-, I said just about as much time, implying slower... I mean, seriously, it's hard to beat outright theft in terms of speed but it's not like you -need- them, I mean your Joes got beat up by -Zenigata-, a plasma rifle isn't going to help against that!", she turns and walks over to Storm Owl, "Grr!", she says, shaking a fist in the air exageratingly. She feels silly now for getting mad. "I'm going to fix you so much that you're going to cry for me to stop!", she yells at Storm Owl.

Foucalt mag locked Ring Man's scalp to his other hip and peered down at Yamato Man. "You're the one who should leave. I have backup on the way. Backup like Rock and Zero and Axl." So he was bluffing, but he sounded serious, and he learned that lying was a great way to get people to do what you wanted. THanks for that, Signas. "If you think I ripped Ring Man a new one, just think what those three will do to /you/." He took this time to ascend, his left arm hanging limply, useless.

Simian Monk arrives from the New England.

Simian Monk has arrived.

Everything flies past Charge Man in a blur, as though time itself were just flying past him. Or not, because Charge's player is being excessively dramatic and pseudo-philosiphical. The Master furiously pumps his arms in order to keep up with his boilers, which wail in protest at the sudden activity by blowing large amounts of smoke out of his stack, causing the ceiling to grow black and hazy from soot. The impact of Storm Owl's body crunching against his own damaged one he can hardly feel, thanks to the heat of battle and his own mindless anger.

So angry, in fact, he doesn't really notice himself rolling past the site of impact and crashing through another wall. He remains there a moment to gather himself up and rest his engines. Then, the train, remembering the owl reploid's missing wing and also the need to taunt Napalm Man and all those other losers, decides to make a quick dash back inside, upstairs, in order to retrieve the hunk of metal. He runs back down loudly with his feet stomping against the ground. The Epsilon glances back at the scene before he makes like Ring Man and runs out towards where the stealth transport awaits in a proud, macho stance. After all, he totally beat the crap out of the one who had before defeated so many of his brothers!

Charge Man retreats from the area swiftly, leaving him open to pursuit or parting shots from Storm Owl.

"Then I shall die the death of a warrior, but not before I take you with me!" Yamato hefted his spear on his right arm, and flung the deadly weapon with all the strength he could muster, hoping that his aim was blessed by Wily.

Yamato Man misses Foucalt with his Yamato Spear attack.

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "Stupid static.. yeah, anyway."

The spear came sailing through the air, and Foucalt rolled to the side, the weapon moving harmlessly though space he had just occupied. With this, he smirked, threw up his forcefield and started away. Backup was on the way, and he had a present to deliver.

The factory was a wreck, holes in the wall, signs of explosions and just a lot of damage in general. The Master's stealth transport sat outside, and joes were milling about. Charge Man had just ran off, Yamato was looking surly and throwing spears at Foucalt, and Ring Man was scalped and weeping on the ground.

            Just a normal day.

The air warps around Foucalt as he creates a sphere of gravity around himself.

Foucalt retreats from the area swiftly, leaving him open to pursuit or parting shots from Ring Man, Charge Man, Yamato Man, Storm Owl, Chuichi Zenigata, and Simian Monk.

Simian Monk strikes Foucalt with his Ook Ook attack.

Foucalt's forcefield withstands the attack.

Yamato Man probably doesn't want to start a fight with Sewa. No sir. Well maybe he does.

Sewa pulls out her medkit and gets to work on Storm Owl. du de du. Fixxy Fixxy Fixxy. She -takes her time- too. How horrid of her! She could go into detail, but the end-all-be-all of it is that she tries to restore Stormy's systems. So people can shoot at him instead.

Sewa effects some minor repair work on Storm Owl.

[Radio: (G) Global] Shining Firefly transmits, "Where is it that I can retreive my fellow Repliforce member. And who is it that will be retrieved?"

[Radio: (G) Global] Krieger Wolf transmits, "Hm? What's this now?"

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "Uhh, Ring, where are we again?"

The Joes continued to load up on weapons and deposit them within the transport. While many of them had been severely damaged by the Interpoler's actions, enough remained to get the job done. And, soon, they were finished with their task having acquired every weapon that was in the vicinity and placed it within the transport.

Ring Man motioned for them to return to their escape vehicle and retrieve as many downed Joes as possible before turning to his brother, Charge. "Nice trophy you've got there, buddy. You should mount it," he said with a nod from his now naked head. He would miss his ring dearly... dearly. But he'd try to get it back someday! SOMEDAAAAAAAAY!

He then turned his attention back to the interior of the factory. "YAMATO! Let's get out of here! We've got everything we need so there's no need to stick around!" He cried before returning to the transport himself, prepping it for its escape flight. If anyone was too slow, he'd leave them.

Robot Masters? Explosions? Dead joes? Why, those are all synonyms, honestly. Simian Monk swings from building to building, until he reaches his destination. He lands on a building not to far away and he sets sight on the scene. The monk frowns momentarily, and he shakes his head. Why did these androids be given so much power?

Yamato Man is quickly sought out, and Simian crouches down to get a better view of the warrior. Then, Ring Man's speech is heard, and he chuckles faintly, "I do not think Yamato will be going anywhere," Then, without any hesitation, Simian LEAPS into the air and goes into a flying kick towards the Shogun Warrior.

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "Will you marry me, Foucalt?"

Storm Owl has defeated many Robot Masters. Pharaoh Man x 2, Elec Man, Shade Man, Blizzard Man... Napalm Man... In fact... he has never lost to one. Storm Owl's record against the unholy sons of Wily has been perfect. Perfect until he ran into the monster called Charge Man. Battered, missing a wing and parts of other limbs, Storm Owl's optics flicker online. There's mechanical blood trailing down from one, but apparently he can still see. He looks up at Sewa working on him. "Sewa." he says simply. "It is good to see you again." Remember how last night he was lying to her about how he knows her children are doing a-ok in Repliforce? Well, after receiving a severe beating at the hands of Charge Man, and reviving thanks to the efforts of Sewa, it is safe to say that Storm Owl is 100% telling the truth in this case.

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "Yeah, it looks pretty funny, you should see it."

[Radio: (G) Global] Krieger Wolf transmits, "Three seconds."

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "I will have revenge someday! This I swear!"

[Radio: (G) Global] Sewa transmits, "I know a sanctioned priest."

[Radio: (G) Global] Foucalt coughs. "How about I just give it to you instead?"

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet chuckles.

[Radio: (G) Global] Krieger Wolf transmits, "Two seconds."

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "Three seconds to do what?"

[Radio: (B) Main] Storm Owl abruptly is heard. "I am functional thanks to the efforts of Sewa. See to the safety of the ship, Colonel. Do not send anyone on my behalf. The Fortress V is of paramount importance."

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "Till he farts."

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "Ring. You realize that I'm still going to hunt you down and break the other Ringman Junior."

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man laughs.

[Radio: (G) Global] Krieger Wolf transmits, "To tell us where we can pick up the turkey-'bot."

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "There's two others, actually. But that's no concern of yours."

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "But I don't know!"

[Radio: (G) Global] Krieger Wolf transmits, "Otherwise, like I said. I'll trace your transmission and hang you by your fuel lines from the top of the Sears Tower. I've done it, you know. Well, it was a different building, but still."

[Radio: (B) Main] Colonel transmits, "I have ordered no one to retreive you. THey are doing this on their own."

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "Well. I'm still going to kick the core out of you, Ring."

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "Yeah, like you'll ever find me to do it."

[Radio: (G) Global] Krieger Wolf transmits, "One second....so what's it going to be, friend?"

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "You'd be surprised."

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "I dunno."

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "Hell hath no fury like a woman poked in the breast."

[Radio: (G) Global] Krieger Wolf transmits, "Fine. One-half second...."

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "That's still not much of a fury."

[Radio: (G) Global] Foucalt transmits, "It's not hard to kick the core out of him. I mean, his only worthwhile hit on me was ehen he almost cut my arm off."

[Radio: (G) Global] Krieger Wolf transmits, "Actually, I've had a slightly better idea."

[Radio: (G) Global] Krieger Wolf begins to laugh.

[Radio: (B) Main] Storm Owl transmits, "Understood. Anyone seeking to retrieve me, see to the needs of the ship first. I'll not have this incident with Bolero undermanned simply to save one Repliforce officer."

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "Luck was merely against me today, fiend."

[Radio: (B) Main] Krieger Wolf begins to laugh.

[Radio: (G) Global] Foucalt transmits, "I thought about blowing you apart, but it wasn't worth it."

Sewa can't see Storm Owl as 'badass'. I mean, even if the guy took out Bass, well, just look at him! He looks like a ball with winks and a hat! Anyway, Sewa shrugs her shoulders as she staunches the mechfluid flow, though it's mostly for appearances' sake, and then puts away her kit. "No problemo, Stormy. Probably should get out in case the building collapses thoguh.", Sewa adds, since she's used to participating on these raids and getting half-killed for her trouble

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "Yes, I'm sure you did. Yancy."

[Radio: (G) Global] Foucalt transmits, "Ask Shade Man. He'll tell you."

[Radio: (G) Global] Sewa transmits, "I thought Wily had Cut Man to soak up all the bad luck in your faction so you guys would always have good luck."

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "Shade Man is silly."

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "Sometimes Cut Man fails his duty."

[Radio: (B) Main] Barrage Raptor transmits, "Medic to the vehicle bay."

[Radio: (B) Main] Barrage Raptor transmits, "Now god damnit./"

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "But anyway, heh-heh, wait 'til I show Napalm this. He'll be so jealous!"

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "Show him what, if I may ask?"

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "You goodies weren't the only ones to get a trophy."

[Radio: (B) Main] Krieger Wolf transmits, "Unfortunately, I'm not a medic, major."

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "I grabbed Storm Owl's wing like a trophy! Just need some polishing.."

Yamato glanced yup just in time to see a nice sized foot plant itself firmly in his chest, causing him to stumble backwards. He heard Ring Man's shout to retreat and began to run away from the reploid. Could the honorable warrior of Wily be retreating?

No! His true intentions were revealed as Yamato picked up his spear from where it had fallen! He let out a savage battle cry as he charge forward, thrusting his spear towards his opponent.

Yamato Man strikes Simian Monk with his Spear Impale attack.

[Radio: (B) Main] Shining Firefly transmits, "I am currently in the vehicle bay, but no one is telling me what is going on."

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "THat's a weird trophy."

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "Yeah, I should've pulled his head off. Or his big fat ass."

Storm Owl inclines his head in agreement. Or tries to, anyway. He succeeds in shooting off a few sparks instead. "I bow to your judgement, Sewa," he croaks out. Storm Owl isn't exactly in good enough shape to be making any calls at the moment, and he knows it. And so, the war bird is in her care. Thankfully, there's not enough of him left to be very heavy, and so moving him won't be much trouble. Were he human it might kill him given his injuries, but this is just an advantage to being a robot.

[Radio: (B) Main] Marine Lieutenant Assault Kangaroo transmits, "Shining Firefly. Bolero was being completely Emo, but Barrage Raptor and Jet Stingray have dealt with him. He is currently unconscious, apparently."

[Radio: (B) Main] Jet Stingray transmits, "I don't think emo is the right word. Stupid... Stupid I think is the right word. Of course, I don't know the whole story, so I am sure there is something more to this that I'm just not getting."

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "Now now, trainface. Are you being a bad boy again."

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "I bet you'd like to spank him, wouldn't you, Bullet?"

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "Ooh, I like the way you talk, Ring."

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "Only with an electrified steel girder."

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "Grrr.."

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "Yes, I heard you were into that sort of sexual activity."

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "... Says who?"

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man laughs.

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "No no, please, indulge me here."

[Radio: (B) Main] Barrage Raptor transmits, "Look, I don't care who comes up here. Medics, security team, whoever."

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "I prefer to retain the anonymity of my informants. Especially around violent people like yourself."

[Radio: (B) Main] Barrage Raptor transmits, "Somebody clean this mess up."

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "I wanna get in a hot tub with her.."

[Radio: (B) Main] Krieger Wolf transmits, "Mess?"

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "And just.."

[Radio: (B) Main] Barrage Raptor transmits, "Yeah. Mess."

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "Smash her face in?"

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "Yeah!"

[Radio: (B) Main] Barrage Raptor transmits, "I had to beat the crap out of Bolero."

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "That'd be fine, I'd be holding your head under anyways."

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "But you'd probably be making bubbles already."

[Radio: (B) Main] Marine Lieutenant Assault Kangaroo transmits, "Shining Firefly is here."

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "Why would you be holding his head down there?"

[Radio: (B) Main] Barrage Raptor transmits, "That'll do."

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "Drown him."

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "Ring Man always farts in the bathtub."

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "Yeah, /sure/, Bullet."

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "... ..."

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "HAHAHAHHA, you're DUMB! You MORON!"

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet replays a sound clip of Charge crying like a wussy.

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "I hate you."

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "Excellent."

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "My plan is going according to schedule."

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man plays a clip of Bullet crying. Granted it's fake... but whatever.

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits the sound of impotent rage.

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet highlights the impotent part.

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "You know, Bullet, I had some drones download my memory files and convert them into video. Now I can replay me touching your boob all the time. It's currently on display throughout the monument."

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "I wanna see that.."

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "Dammit, what's taking Yamato so long?"

[Radio: (G) Global] Foucalt transmits, "...."

The spear drives through the Monk with too much ease than Simian would like. The spear juts out on the other side of Simian's back, and he grunts faintly. "That.. was a very bad thing to do, Yamato Man," Then, with an apparent strain, the monk pulls himself off the spear, and he staggers back painedly. With a few moments of composure, Simian attempts to regain his balance. He succeeds.

With a fierce determination, the monk falls into a low stance and he focuses in on the samurai warrior. Again, without any hesitation, Simian Monk leaps up at Yamato Man and he hangs in the air dangerously. A pale orange light builds up around the monk's right hand and he narrows his crystal eyes at the RM.

Then, in an air dash, Simian LUNGES at Yam with a large ball of fire forming around his fist, and Simian shouts in Chinese as he descends upon Yamato Man, "HUO SO!"

Simian Monk strikes Yamato Man with his Fire Punch attack.

<Global News Network> Breaking news! There's chaos on a highway outside the city of New Delhi, as a lone reploid seems to have swooped out of the sky to block traffic. We have a copter live on the scene, where....*the image switches to grainy, occasionally wobbly footage of a white wolf-reploid standing in front of a....is that a WilyBeer truck?!!* "Hm, from initial reports it seems as if the truck has improperly-secured rear fenders and is being pulled over. This is a highly unusual way to go about it....but, well, okay. Looks like that shipment's going to be late if it arrives at all."

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "Yawn. Not impressed."

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "I didn't intend for you to be. I was just letting you know that everyone enjoys staring at your chest."

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "You have to do better, Ring. I can find comics of you doing a whole lot worse than touching me."

Foucalt has left.

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "Where are these comics?"

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "To Dust Man."

[Radio: (B) Main] Krieger Wolf transmits, "So, I thought to myself...what's almost as important to a Robot Master as their creator? Why, that stupid beer company of theirs...."

[Radio: (G) Global] Dust Man transmits, "SHUT UP!"

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "I wanna see!"

[Radio: (G) Global] Dust Man transmits, "I KILL YOU."

[Radio: (G) Global] Dust Man can be heard frothing.

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "Hmm, yes, you had to think about that one for a moment, didn't you, Bullet?"

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "No, it's called comedic timing."

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "Oh, I thought it was called lame."

[Radio: (G) Global] Krieger Wolf begins to hum idly over the sound of horns and cursing in Hindi.

Sewa glances up and peeeeers at Yamato Man. "What the heck...?", she glances over to Storm Owl, "Sorry seems like there's still some 'injured' I have to extract." Sewa says cheerfully, "Can youmove on your own?", she doesn't actually attack Yamato Man yet! Lucky guy!

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "YOu would."

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "Tell me, is the air conditioning through your skull really good right about now?"

[Radio: (G) Global] Bullet transmits, "I think I'll call you flat top."

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "Yes, actually. The breeze is quite refreshing."

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "Heheh, flat top.."

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits, "I'll write a poem about it."

Chuichi Zenigata enters the Great Plains.

Chuichi Zenigata has left.

[Radio: (G) Global] Charge Man transmits scribbling.

[Radio: (G) Global] Ring Man transmits, "Anyway, I'm gonna get to editting the video to make it more... fun to watch."

Charge is still just waiting around in the transport. And scribbling on a piece of paper.

Yamato is taken off guard by the swiftness of the reploid's counter attack, taking the full force of the attack to his head. The Robot Master falls to the ground heavily as several of his power relays are damaged beyond repair, causing him to reroute through other circuits. With a grunt of pain, Yamato takes a jab at the form towering above him.

Yamato Man strikes Simian Monk with his Disembowel attack.

Firearms Factory Raid              Mon Dec 13    Ring Man

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

<Delta spinny followed by RingStar logo.>

The camera fades in to reveal Ring Man who is currently sitting in the pilot's seat of the stealth transport. He's covered in scorched marks and has melted plating here and there. The top of his head is mostly cut from view but it can be seen that the area above his optics and around the rest of his head is jagged and torn.

"You should know who I am by now so I'll just move on to the relevant news. A little while ago I, Charge Man, and Yamato Man performed an incursion into the United States Midwest. Detroit to be exact. There was a small firearms factory there that was in the process of changing shifts, which I figured would be a prime time to attack," he said calmly while motioning to the camera man to begin feeding images into the footage.

"Everything was going okay for, like, the first few seconds. We blew a hole through the rear of the building and made our way in only to be confronted by some crazy guy that liked using handcuffs. <Image of Yamato Man fighting Chuichi Zenigata> Yamato Man took care of him. There was also a repliforcer that Charge Man soundly defeated. <Image of Storm Owl getting beaten by Charge Man> As for myself, I encountered an aesthetically challenged creature <Image of Foucalt challenging Ring Man with his purpleness> who was later joined by some medic or something. <Image of Sewa> But whatever the case, it all ended well. Yamato defeated his opponent as did Charge. I was outnumbered, however, and was forced to withdraw back to the shuttle where the Joes had finished loading the spoils."

Ring Man waves his hand dismissively, the camera shifting to reveal the area outside the shuttle. There are dozens of piles of weapons ranging from simple pistols to more burly assault rifles, which were being carefully sorted out and packed by a collection of Joes. Ring Man resumes speaking in the background, "I estimate at least a couple thousand firearms. Enough to outfit a very large force, at least. As for the use of all these weapons... well, I will be speaking to King about it later. In the meantime, I will be storing it all at my private facility. That is all, Ring Man signing off." And then the camera faded to black.

AAR: Detroit Theft                 Tue Dec 14    Storm Owl

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Storm Owl appears on the screen from the medical bay. He is on a medical bed, but it's obscured by another medical bed having been pushed over in front to form a makeshift desk. The 'desk' is covered with reports, both in paper and in datapad form. Someone has apparently fetched a computer system for him to use. The war bird appears to have made a virtual fortress of reports and other such work around his bed. This obscures part of his form and any injuries he may have. Storm Owl speaks in his droning tone while also reading from another datapad about something unrelated.

"On December 13th of the year 2217, I was traveling from New York City to Texas for routine negotiations involving our Fortress V equipment suppliers. " Things were much easier when the UN would just give 'em everything, no? "I received a report of a Robot Master raid in the slum-city of Detroit, attacking one of the few working factories manufacturing weaponry. This occurred as Bolero was... causing an incident back aboard the ship. I arrived on the scene along with Constable Chuichi Zenigata, Sewa, and others. A list of those present can be found attached to this report file."

Storm continues to read and report at the same time. "Ring Man, Charge Man, and Yamato Man, along with a squadron of Joe class drones were raiding the factory for munitions. Within the factory itself, I and Charge Man became separated." Storm finally looks away from his pad and into the camera long enough to say, "In such close quarters, Charge Man defeated me handily. I have calculated he suffered critical damage as well, however. Perhaps I should speak with Simian Monk concerning further hand-to-hand training."

"Regardless, Sewa reactivated me. I have determined the weaponry that was stolen, and a list is attached to this report file. I should note this is the second time a joint Repliforce/Interpol defense has ended in disaster. Colonel, I wish to speak with you about this topic at your convenience. I will also be speaking with Director Fairchild of Interpol. These types of errors cannot be permitted to continue. Storm Owl out."
