NCC Central Hub
This is the very
center of New Crystal City and serves as the gateway to the other areas. There
are spires that reach up high into the sky and domes that crouch down low to
the ground, facilities constructed purely of transparent materials, and even
tunnels that travel into the ground. Vast sky-roads loom overhead, providing
access to many of the buildings in a mad crisscross pattern. Among the
buildings one can access from the central hub are the gleaming crystal
dome-like command center, the hardy bunker-like medical ward, and the huge
metal Coliseum-inspired arena. The various roadways travel to other parts of
the city, including a decrepit sky-road that plunges underground to the
dungeon, a wide low road to the residential plaza, a short bridge that travels
to the elevated spaceport, and a twisting, winding maze of a street that leads
out to the coastline.

Scrapper continues to hang around Trypticon, doing what he
can to get the big lug ready for his transfer back into his old, bigger body.
The lime green engineer still has no idea about what Airwolf is doing or
thinking.
Airwolf is watching Scrapper and feeling sorry for herself,
an unaccustomed feeling. Those she would reach out to are not here, so she
turns away to seek her fortress of solitude elsewhere. May as well accomplish
something while she waits.
Hook Hook is working on Trypticon's outer panels. He is
tapping commands into his datapad, contantly monitering the panels.
"Trypticon needs to be done within two cycles..." One of the panels
starts sparking and fizzing. "Gah! I just worked on that on." He walks
over to the panel, and disconnects it.
Airwolf moves north to the Mount R'Lyeh.
Airwolf has left.
Scrapper snickers at Hook's plight and looks over from his
panel to where Hook's is. "No kidding... Galvatron'll kill us if we don't
get this done in time... no surprise there, right? For nearly two months it
seems like he couldn't care less, and now all of a sudden he wants it done
ASAP." Scrapper shakes his head, "As if we don't do enough around
here already."
Hook just shakes his head, finishing up with the panel.
"This is ridiculus. Lord Galvatron expects us to finish this within two
cycles, otherwise we get decapitated." He mutters all this in a low voice.
After a few minutes, he concludes with his panels, and walks over to Scrapper.
"Need help?" he asks gruffly.
Scrapper resists the urge to make a snide comment about if
only Hook didn't take ages with his projects... but he manages to avoid saying
it since Hook seems to be on his best behaviour right now. "Yeah,
sure," he mutters, gesturing to one of the faulty circuitboards.
"We're all out of 'em, but the blasted repairs don't seem to be working on
it."

"We're all out of extra versions of these circuit boards, so I've had to
try and repair the one he had before, but the blasted repairs don't seem to be
taking."

Hook nods and opens his toolbox. "...I sure hope that
we can get this working..." he grumbles angerly. He spends a few minuets
tinkering with the board. Finally, he nods. "Looks good, we will have to
see if it holds."
Scrapper nods slowly as he puts the chip board back inside
of Trypticon. He runs a scanner along it and finally grunts, "Good,
good... maybe we'll make this deadline yet. Then we can get back to our other
projects. If you see Scavenger, ask him to draw up some plans for asteroid
mining stations for both Sol and Nebulos. And Bonecrusher needs to finish
demolishing Cuprahex for the sensor post."
Hook shakes his head, a bit drained. Stat-wise he's all
filled up, but hey, work is tiring. "Of course." he says. He packs
his toolbox up, and shakes his head again. "He asks the impossible."
he grummbles softly. He walks over to his brother, but is silent.
Scrapper snorts and mutters in reply, "Perhaps you can
tell him that when he comes to check on our work himself. Emperor Galvatron is
not as forgiving as others are..." Scrapper says, remembering the many,
many technicians who have died before. "We're going to have to double our
efforts. What's left in order to get Scor- I mean, to get Trypticon's lasercore
back into his real body?"
Hook Hook looks a bit shaky. Though you wouldn't be able to
tell unless you were really paying attention. "All that is left is to
disable the Scorn body, transfer the lasercore into the Trypticon body, and
start it back up. It will not be that simple, but..." he shurgs, and looks
at Scrapper as if to say, "We did it once, right?"
Scrapper tilts his head, "/YOU/ did it once... I just
watched the first time around and got the tools when needed. I'm just hoping
that you're up for doing it a second time." He grins, giving Hook a
reassuring pat on the back. "Ah well. It shouldn't be all that bad. Once
this is over we can look to the future. Any particular projects you want to
work on?"
Hook smiles weakly, but is still pretty nervous. "There
can still be complications, from the lasercore getting damaged to Primus knows
what else." He looks up, /up/ at the top of Trypticon. "And you know
what will happen if I mess this up..."
Scrapper nods, "We start looking for another head and
shoulders?" he asks. Course, it would never come to that. Bickering or no
bickering, the Constructicons would probably all either live together or die
together. So really, six lives hang in the balance. No pressure or anything.
Hook chuckles slightly, his nervousness slightly disspelled.
Leave it to Scrapper to be the ever-optimistic fool. "Come here, you
fool." he says, turning back to his brother. He flashes a grin at
Scrapper, and then reaches out to give his brother a gently, playful shove.
Hook succeeds in grasping Scrapper, throwing him
off-balance.
Scrapper ooofs as he gets pushed by Hook, rubbing his arm
even though it naturally didn't hurt or anything. "Hah, don't worry...
Galvatron won't kill us. Where else is he going to find someone to annihilate
Rodimus Prime, Sky Lynx, Snarl, Grimlock, and Sideswipe all at the same time,
eh?" he snickers, "I'd sure like to see the Predadorks do
/that/!"
Hook laughs. "Yes indeed. Just do not let Razorclaw
hear that, or we might have to search the island for your head." All of
this is in good fun, of course. His work forgotten (that's a first :p), Hook
gives what can only be described as a challenging grin. "I'm seem to
recall that you challenged me to a duel in the Holo Arena. Care to make good on
that challenge?"
Scrapper snickers and leans against Trypticon's wall.
"That's why, whenever Razorclaw's around, I just keep my vocalizer shut
and don't say a slaggin' word to him." About the 'friendly' offer of a
holo-match, Scrapper thinks about it. "We-ll... alright, but we'll have to
be pretty quick. I've got a lot of work to take care of." OOCly and ICly.
You move east to the NCC Arena.
NCC Arena
A huge
open-roofed oval structure, the New Crystal City Arena is a curious fusion of
Roman and Cybertronian motifs. Tiered stands surround and rise high above the
arena floor, while the best viewing position is reserved for a box embossed
with a proud Decepticon emblem - the customary seat of Lord Galvatron and his
lieutenants. The new arena floor itself is a huge expanse of dull metal with a
slight purplish sheen. A network of hairline grooves indicate where the floor
can be configured to create a more challenging battle surface - pits,
platforms, columns, or even spikes can be created from the surface of the walls
and floor. The entire complex stands as a monument to the deadly abilities and
controlled savagery of the Decepticon Empire.

Scrapper has arrived.
You enter the Holo Arena.
Holo Arena
Inside the Holo
Arena are black, rubber-coated walls to protect the steel and also to reduce
the noise, as these sparring matches can get very violent. A central control
room is suspended from the ceiling, heavily reinforced to protect the advanced
computer that controls the holo-imaging and stores thousands of simulation
scenariors. If a desired scenario isn't already available, then the computer
allows for additional programming.

Rampage
Training Drone <NCC/Trypticon>
Scrapper comes into the Holo Arena.
Scrapper trudges into the arena after Hook does, somewhat
reluctantly drawing out his laser pistol. Even though this is to be a
'friendly' match, such things don't always exist when it involves
Constructicons amongst themselves. Especially between Hook and Scrapper.
"Go ahead and start it off." He says, tensing for whatever diabolical
thing Hook plans to do.
Hook also draws his pistol, a smile on his face. Why is he
smiling? Because he's gonna beat Scrapper into the ground. He gives a slight
'lets-be-on-good-terms' bow to his brother. Who, in my opinion, is younger that
Hook, but lets not go into that. "You go first, I insist."
Rampage sits in a corner of the arena, doing what minor
tweaking of his rifle that his technically challenged neural core can handle.
He looks up as the lime-green combatants begin to draw lines of fire in the
arena. His eyes fix on Scrapper as his brother offers up a cocky challenge.
Scrapper might be younger, but he's better! The
Constructicon isn't about to let Hook's good will go to waste, however, and so
he nods. "If that's how you want it, then that's how it's going to
be!" Scrapper whips up his pistol and fires off a quick shot before
immediately making a run for whatever cover he can find. If there is none, at
least running around might throw off Hook's aim.
Scrapper strikes you with Mixing it up with a Masterful shot
for 9 points of damage.
Hook winces as Scrapper blasts him in the shoulder.
"Maybe I should not have let you shoot first." he says, setting his
pistol. "Hey, why are you running?" He shouts, giving chase. Ooh, is
that Rampage? "'ello Rampage."
You strike Scrapper with Disruptor.
Scrapper shouts back, "I'm running so I can dodge your
pitiful counter att-OW!" he shouts as he gets clipped in the shoulder.
Scrapper flips over and falls to one knee, now sporting a small laser burn in
his lime green arm. Momentarily unable to move, Scrapper does the only thing he
can and fires off another blast, this one weaker since the pistol hasn't fully
recharged.
Scrapper strikes you with Constructive criticism through
superior firepower for 1 points of damage.
Rampage watches as first energon is drawn by the 'younger'
Construction and cracks a slight smile. The Predacon looks to the other side of
the arena as his name is called out, nodding to Hook. He calls out some advice
as the shot is fired, "Better watch yer target, not tha crowd." Just
as he finishes his sentence, Hook's shot hits home and Scrapper counters.
Bang. "That didn't hurt you know!" Hook cries out
gamely. Okay, it /did/ hurt, but not really. Only one point of damage. "I
am going to get you!" Placing his pistol into its magnetic holder, Hook
draws his sword out from behind him. He charges at Scrapper, and swings the
sword sideways.
You strike Scrapper with Hook's Guilotine.
Scrapper's momentary weakness is nicely taken advantage of
by Hook, and the Constructicon Commander lets out a cry as he falls forward.
His left arm, the one previously shot, is neatly cut with a deep wound.
Scrapper rolls around and brings his foot up, trying to jab Hook in the chest.
"Back off!" he says, trying to kick his brother away so he'll have
some room to make his recovery.
Scrapper strikes you with Kicking Autobots into Scrap for 5
points of damage.
Hook eeks as he gets kicked...well, down south.
"Retard..." he hisses as he clutches at his injured parts.
"Nice, very nice. Maybe I should make into a femme, eh?" He says
cockily, swinging his sword again
You strike Scrapper with SHIING!.
Scrapper once again gets slashed at by the sword, this time
in his lower torso, but at least Scrapper is able to climb to his feet.
"Hey, no slashin' down there! Alright, alright... so this is how you wanna
play?" He says, putting his pistol away. Scrapper clenches his fist,
preparing to use his impressive strength to his advantage. "One sucker
bash, comin' right up for the sucker!" Scrapper lunges forward, swinging
both fists to try and knock Hook's block off.
Scrapper strikes you with Looking to Scavenge some Autoparts
for 10 points of damage.
Hook attempts to duck the double-fisted blow, but alas.
WHUMP! "Oww... Okay, you are going to be scrap, Scrapper!" Oy, that
was lame. Well, Hook is lame all the time, so, no biggie. Hook pulls out his
blaster and switches the setting. He fires, bang bang.
You strike Scrapper with Bang Bang.
Rampage continues to watch the melee as the Constructicons
go blow for blow. He observes every move as the combatants attack and counter
each other. Though they are not as advanced in the art of combat as the
Predacons, Rampage attempts to pick something up from every battle he
witnesses.
Scrapper winces in pain. Not just from the shot, but from
that horribly, horribly lame insult! "Ow! The lack of wit is burning my
mind!" he screeches, covering his ears even as the blaster shot sends him
reeling back on his tushie. Now down on the ground once more, Scrapper draws
out his freshly recharged pistol and opens fire. "Die! DIE!" he says,
quoting a famous past Decepticon Leader. Scrapper's fighting style pretty much
relies on the 'pull the trigger and pray' method. He's no Predacon when it
comes to combat, that's for certain.
Scrapper strikes you with Devastating blast for 11 points of
damage.
Hook lands, rather painfully, on his aft section.
"Oof...Hey, how do Terrans say it?" He grins, collapesing on himself
to become a crane. "Oh yeah...EAT THIS." A launcher raises up.
Fhoosh.
Hook collapses down and flips his crane arm over his head,
becoming a construction crane.
Scrapper evades your BOOM! attack.
Scrapper is slow to get up, but get up he does, ready to
face the next thing that his brother is going to sling at him. "I do
believe that the right response is: Bring it on!" Scrapper prepares to
take this thing head-on, but at the last minute, ducks the missile, letting it
pass just barely above him. "Ha! Sucker!" Scrapper screams in triumph
as he rushes forward, swinging both arms in an attempt to do as much damage to
Hook as possible before his older brother can attack again.
You evade Scrapper's Bonecrushing double-fisted smash
attack.
Crane<Hook> uh-ohs as Scrapper comes at him. Eek! He
goes into reverse, dodging the fists. "HAHA!" He goes foward, right
for his brother. Dodge this.
You strike Scrapper with ram.
You take 6 points of damage from striking Scrapper.
Scrapper is struck by the backing up construction vehicle
and literally goes flying, smashing against the fall war off the holo-arenae.
"Ooooh... alright, alright," he mutters, "I've had enough. You
win, Hook, you win." He admits, "Good fight, though," he
grumbles, grudgingly accepting that Hook is the victor here. "Next time,
though..." Scrapper says, heading out to finish his work.
Crane<Hook> transforms and nods to his brother. Next
time...
Hook flips his crane arm onto his back and rises into his robot form
