Every class at RHS has a sponge activity to start each class period.  All sponge activities are designed to help students achieve.
The Sponge Lists used in the HSTE classes are designed to help students score better on both the graduation testing and the SAT testing.  Two vocabulary words are given each day along with the definition and a usage sentence for each word.
Each Friday, a quiz is given over the words for that week.
