| What are your prices and are they negotiable? Our prices for various types of work are listed on our web site at the link below. All prices are negotiable, so if you are on a tight budget, please contact us and we will be happy to work out a rate acceptable to your budget. Do you do other types of writing and editing besides those listed on your web site? Yes. If you have a project that does not fall within the categories listed on our web site, please contact us with a description of the project. We will evaluate it and let you know if we are capable of handling such an assignment. Do you have writing samples and where can I see them? We have samples of various types of writing available upon request. If you would like to see writing samples, please e-mail us and we will return your e-mail with samples attached. How much time do you need to complete a job? Can you work on a tight budget? Our business stresses the significance of scheduling and completing each project in a timely manner. We will establish a deadline that you are comfortable with when you contact us. We recommend that when you establish a deadline, you leave yourself enough time to review our finished work and decide if you would like any changes. We have the ability to work on tight deadlines. Let us know if you have a project that needs to be completed fast and we will give it our top priority. How do you handle payment? We will establish a payment method and time when you contact us. You will then receive a contract specifying the agreed upon payment method and time of payment. We require ten percent payment in advance of any project, the balance will be due after we deliver the completed project. If you must cancel a project before completion, you will be charged for the amount of work completed up to that point. What happens if I hire you for a project and then no longer need your services? If you request that we stop work before a project's completion, you will be charged for the amount of work completed up to that point. What if I am not satisfied with your work? We emphasize maintaining a strong client-writer relationship that allows us to deliver a finished product pleasing to both business and client. If you are unsatisfied with our services for any reason, please let us know and we will make any necessary changes. A product is never finished until you are satisfied. |
