"Mike" plays the French Horn and is seated first chair in the French horn section. Mike has been the Del Mar High School's Drum Major for the past two years. He has won numerous awards, including "Best of Class" in Paris, France this year. Mike is in Winterguard for his second year and Winterpercussion for his first year. Mike has also played French Horn for our Orchestra for "Cinderella". Mike has been in band for 3 1/2 years.

Marty (T???o???t) plays Trumpet and is seated second chair in the Trumpet section. Marty played first chair for our field show competitions and played a beautiful duet with Sr. Jennifer S. Marty has been in band for 4 years.
Jennifer S.
Jennifer (Woo) playes Trumpet/Baritone. Jennifer is playing Trumpet for concert season and played Baritone for marching season. Jennifer is first chair in the Trumpet section. She is also in various other activities in our Performing arts department. She is in Winterguard (second years) and Winterpercussion (first year) too. She is also in Concert choir and Jazz choir. Jennifer has been in band for 4 years.
Dominic V.
"Dom" plays percussion. Dom bangs on anything from Bass drums to Timpanis. Dom also plays a merchant in "Cinderella". Dom is also in the Concert choir and also Jazz choir. Dom has been in band for 2 years.
Justin R.
Justin (Sweeet) plays percussion. Justin is first chair in the percussion section. Justin will play anything that can make noise if you bang on it, even trash cans. Well, actually Justin is part of the Winterpercussion which has our percussionists playing on trash cans. Justin is also in Concert choir and Jazz choir. Justin has been active in many plays getting many leading parts. He is in "Cinderella", and plays as the lovable king. This is Justin's 4th year in band.
Russ K.
Russ is first chair in the saxophone section. Russ is also doing many things in the Perfoming arts department. Aside from being webmaster he also participates in Winterguard (first year), Winterpercussion (first year), and is also in the play "Cinderella". Russ plays the Cook. Russ also sings in the choir and Jazz choir. This is his 4th year in band.

Brittanica is a member of the flute section, and has been in the band for two years.
