Directions
1 Clean Squid and Tentacles.
2 Cut squid into half-inch rings. Set aside
3 Heat Cooking Oil in a pan until 355 degrees.
4 In a bowl mix Flour, Seasoning Salt and Pepper until the mixture has a nice taste.
5 Add five or six Squid and Tentacles to the mixture and stir
6 Remove Squid and Tentacles and shake off excess mixture. Add to oil.
7 Cook 1-2 minutes or until brown. Remove and set on paper towels.
8 Sprinkle with Seasoning Salt, Curry and Chili Powder and serve with lemon slices and an array of dipping sauces.
