Venison Burgers

4 servings

1 pound venison, ground
10 each Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup cold water
1 each egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 each onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients together and form into patties. Fry or broil.
