This is so
delicious, it's hard decide if it is salad or dessert!
| 2 | cups
pretzels, crushed |
| 3/4 | cup
margarine, softened |
| 3 | tablespoons
sugar |
| 8 | ounces
cream cheese |
| 1 | cup sugar |
| 12 | ounces
cool whip, thawed |
| 2 | cups
boiling water |
| 1 | 6 oz.
package jello, strawberry |
| 1 | 10 oz.
package frozen strawberries |
Combine crushed pretzels,
margarine, and 3 tablespoons of sugar and press into a 13 X 9 X
2" baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool.
Combine cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and cool whip; pour over
cooled crust; chill. Combine gelatin with 2 cups of boiling water
and frozen strawberries. Stir well. Refrigerate, until it begins
to set. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill 5 hours, or until
firm
