The #1 requested casserole for all my family get-togethers!
| 2 | cups elbow macaroni |
| 6 | cups extra sharp cheddar cheese,
grated |
| 3/4 | cup milk |
| 3 | each eggs, well beaten |
| 1/2 | teaspoon black pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon paprika |
Cook
macaroni, using package instructions. Layer macaroni and cheese
in greased casserole dish, making thin layers, beginning with
macaroni. Combine milk and eggs and beat together. Pour over
macaroni and cheese. Sprinkle black pepper and paprika over top.
Bake in 375 degree oven, until bubbly around edges, approximately
25 minutes. Allow to set a few minutes before serving.
