| 1 | 20 oz. can
pineapple chunks, juice reserved |
| 2 | tablespoons flour |
| 1 | each egg |
| 1/2 | cup sugar |
| 2 | cups miniature
marshmallows |
| 8 | ounces cream cheese |
| 1 | cup cheddar cheese,
grated |
In a double boiler, combine juice
from pineapple, flour, egg and sugar. Cook until thick. Place pineapple chunks in
11X9-inch baking dish. Place marshmallows over pineapple. Cut up cream cheese and put
slices over marshmallows. Pour thickened juice mixture over the other ingredients and top
with grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
