Hash Brown Casserole

12 servings

2 10 3/4 ounce can cond. cream of potato soup, undiluted
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon onion flakes
2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, garlic salt, black pepper and onion flakes. Add potatoes and cheddar cheese; mix well. Pour into greased 13X9X2" baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
