| 2 | 10 3/4 ounce can cond. cream of
potato soup, undiluted |
| 8 | ounces sour cream |
| 1/2 | teaspoon garlic salt |
| 1 | teaspoon black pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon onion flakes |
| 2 | pounds frozen hash brown potatoes |
| 2 | cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
| 1/2 | cup Parmesan cheese |
In a
large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, garlic salt, black
pepper and onion flakes. Add potatoes and cheddar cheese; mix
well. Pour into greased 13X9X2" baking dish. Top with
Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes
or until potatoes are tender.
