Ham and Scalloped Potatoes - Crock Pot

6 servings

1 1/2 pounds smoked ham, cut in 1" cubes
8 each potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 each onions, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 10 oz. can cond. cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chives, dried

Put half of ham, potatoes, and onions in crock-pot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then grated cheese. Repeat with remaining half. Spoon undiluted soup over top. Sprinkle with paprika and chives. Cover and cook on Low 8 to 10 hours. (High: 4 hours)
