This
dish, served with Cornbread makes a complete meal.
| 1 | pound lean ground beef |
| 1 | each onion, chopped |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 | teaspoon black pepper |
| 1 | 10 3/4 ounce can cream of broccoli
soup |
| 1 | 10 oz. package frozen mixed
vegetables, thawed |
| 1 1/2 | cups extra sharp cheddar cheese,
grated |
In a
medium sauce pan, saute ground beef, salt, pepper and onion;
drain well and spread in a 2-quart casserole dish. In a medium
bowl combine soup and vegetables and spread over meat. Sprinkle
top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
