Crab Alfredo and Fettuccine

2 servings

2 tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons flour, plain
1 1/2 cups half and half
1 teaspoon dry sherry
1 dash salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 6 oz. package imitation crab
6 ounces cooked fettuccine

Melt butter, stir in flour. Gradually add half and half, stir until thickened. Add sherry, salt and Parmesan; cook and stir until smooth. Fold in crab, heat 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toss fettuccine with sauce. Serve immediately.
