| 2 | tablespoons butter |
| 4 | teaspoons flour, plain |
| 1 1/2 | cups half and half |
| 1 | teaspoon dry sherry |
| 1 | dash salt |
| 1/4 | cup grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1 | 6 oz. package imitation crab |
| 6 | ounces cooked fettuccine |
Melt
butter, stir in flour. Gradually add half and half, stir until
thickened. Add sherry, salt and Parmesan; cook and stir until
smooth. Fold in crab, heat 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toss
fettuccine with sauce. Serve immediately.
