Hugh's favorites.
| 2 1/4 | ounces jar dried beef |
| 8 | each boneless chicken breasts |
| 8 | slices bacon |
| 1 | 14 oz. can cond. cream of mushroom
soup |
| 8 | ounces sour cream |
| 2 | tablespoons flour |
| 1 | teaspoon black pepper |
| 1/2 | teaspoon paprika |
Line
casserole with dried beef. Wrap a slice of bacon around each
chicken breast and place on top of beef. Mix soup, sour cream,
flour and black pepper and spread over chicken. Sprinkle with
paprika. Bake 2 hours covered and 1 hour uncovered in 300 degree
oven.
For crock pot: Bake 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. (I usually
cook this dish in the Crock Pot.)
Serve over hot buttered noodles.
