| 2 | cups frozen mixed vegetables,
thawed |
| 2 | cups cooked chicken, cut-up |
| 1 | 10 3/4 ounce can cond. cream of
chicken soup |
| 1/2 | teaspoon black pepper |
| 1 | cup cheddar cheese, grated |
| 1 1/4 | cups Bisquick baking mix |
| 3/4 | cup milk |
| 1 | each egg |
Heat
oven to 400 degrees. Mix vegetables, chicken, soup and black
pepper in a 10" ungreased glass pie plate. Sprinkle with
cheese. Mix baking mix, milk and egg with a fork, until blended.
Pour over casserole. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
