Chicken Pot Pie

6 servings

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 cups cooked chicken, cut-up
1 10 3/4 ounce can cond. cream of chicken soup
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
3/4 cup milk
1 each egg

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix vegetables, chicken, soup and black pepper in a 10" ungreased glass pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix baking mix, milk and egg with a fork, until blended. Pour over casserole. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
