Bubba's Shrimp Scampi

This recipe came from The Bubba Gump Shrimp Factory Cookbook

2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 each onion, finely chopped
4 each garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon steak sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon Louisiana-style hot sauce
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Cook onion and garlic in margarine in large skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, 4 minutes; add lemon juice and next four ingredients. Bring to a boil; add shrimp, and cook, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Serve over fettuccine or egg noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
