recipe came from The Bubba Gump Shrimp Factory Cookbook
| 2 | pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined |
| 1 | each onion, finely chopped |
| 4 | each garlic cloves, minced |
| 1/2 | cup margarine, melted |
| 2 | tablespoons lemon juice |
| 1/2 | teaspoon dried tarragon |
| 1/2 | teaspoon steak sauce |
| 1/2 | teaspoon Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/4 | teaspoon Louisiana-style hot sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons parsley, chopped |
Cook
onion and garlic in margarine in large skillet over medium heat,
stirring constantly, 4 minutes; add lemon juice and next four
ingredients. Bring to a boil; add shrimp, and cook, stirring
constantly, 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Serve over
fettuccine or egg noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
