| 2 | 10 oz. packages
frozen chopped broccoli |
| 1 | cup cheddar cheese,
grated |
| 1 | 14 oz. can cond.
cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 | cup mayonnaise |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons onion
flakes |
| 2 | each eggs, well
beaten |
| 3/4 | cup pecans, chopped |
| 2 | cups bread crumbs,
buttered, or crushed Town House crackers |
Cook broccoli with salt as
directed on package. Drain. Add soup, mayonnaise, pecans. Mix well and add eggs, onion and
cheese. Pour into greased 1-1/2 to 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes
