Beef
Tenderloin may be substituted with your favorite steak.
| 1 1/2 | pounds Beef Tenderloin, sliced in
serving pieces |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | teaspoon black pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon margarine |
| 2 | cups water |
| 1 | 10 3/4 ounce can creamy onion soup |
Salt and
pepper beef tenders. Melt margarine in deep saute pan; add beef
tenders and brown on medium. Combine water and soup. Add to beef
tenders. Cover tightly and simmer for 1 hour or until tender.
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
