NON YEAST BREADS
3/4 cups butter                   1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 1/2 cups Mashed bananas  2 Eggs
1 t. Vanilla Extract               2 cups Flour
1 t. Baking Soda                  1/2 cup Milk
3/4 cups Nuts Chopped (Optional)

Cream together Butter and Sugar.
Add Bananas, eggs and Vanilla.
sift together dry ingredients and add alternatly with milk.
Blend well , Stir in Nuts and pour into a greased bread pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes.
HONEY WHOLE WHET BREAD
BANANA NUT BREAD
9 cups whole wheat flour         4 tsp Salt
2 pkg Active dry yeast             1 1/2 cups Milk
6 Tbls. Butter                          1/2 cup Honey
1 1/2 cups Water
Stir together 3 cups flour, salt and yeast.  Combine Milk water butter and Honey and hat over a low heat until liquids are warm (about 102 Degrees )(butter need not be melted).  Gradully add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes Add remaining flour a little at a time until a soft dough forms. Turn out on a lihtly floured surface and let stand 10 minutes.Kneed until smooth, Place in a large greased bowl and let stand until double in size. Punch down, divide into 2 parts and form into loafs, place in a warm place and let rise to double it self again tehn cook in a 375 degree oven for 35 - 40 minutes remove frm pan and cool on a rack
