This was my 1972 Datsun 240Z.

It was originally a silver car but when I bought it, it was wearing this silver and black two-tone paint job that mimicked the 280ZX's of the early 1980's.

The car already had this 2.8L 6 cylinder from a 280Z under the hood along with the 5 speed manual that came with it.

Top Left - This is a typical shot of me washing the 240Z. I was often told that I "was going to wash the paint right off" by many loved-ones.

Above - A shot of me reassembling the car after a repaint in Raven Black.

Left - Another reassembly shot.

I decided it looked better in black... besides, chicks dig black cars!

I swapped out the original 3.30 geared open differential for a 3.90 geared locked rear out of a 510 race car.

That change alone really gave the car some get-up-and-go! Almost enough to give this CF-101 Voodoo a run for its money! Well, maybe not quite...

Here is a close-up of my personalized licence plate. Too cool, eh?

This is the car at the famed Corel Center in Kanata, Ontario, (a suburb of Ottawa, Ontario for those wondering), home of the Ottawa Senators NHL franchise.
