This was my 1975 Dodge Dart Sport. I bought this car in 1990 while in college in Ottawa, Ontario.

The black vinyl top had been installed by the selling dealer so I opted to not replace it when I resprayed the car in the original KY4, Golden Fawn paint.

It was originally a 318, 904 Torqueflite automatic equipped car but went through many changes while in my care.

The first modification was swapping the 904 for a 727 Torqueflight automatic when the original blew up during an impromptu race with my friend's 1973 Dodge Charger.

I later changed that out in favour of an 833 4 speed manual. I figured it would be strong enough (and more fun!) to cope with the torque of the 360 that I was building for the car.

This is a picture of the 360.

With the 360 under the hood the car went 15.10 in the 1/4 mile.

The 2.45 geared 8 1/4 rear end was to blame for keeping the car from breaking into the 14's... I had an 8 3/4 differential with 4.56 gears sitting in my basement but I never got around to putting it into the Dart.
