Now, I realize that this background is rather annoying, but it's a holding pattern until I figure out how to get full documents on here.  I want to put a story of mine up here, but I'm not retyping it.  So, in the meantime, here's a few fun links.  Enjoy.

Quite possibly the best "Alice in Wonderland" site I've found.  And I've looked at a lot.
www.sportingnews.com
The best sports news around.  Period.

This is my pal Meghan's site, and I highly recommend it, if for no other reason than the Brain in the Jar.
So, Cliff, I've visited these awesome sites, yet I yearn to learn more of this world and its inhabitants.  Can you, as an accredited Hatter, tell me the secret to understanding humans?
This is a question I get all the time.  And really, there's a lot of ground to cover, but 95% of humans will follow this idea 95% of the time:

Selfishness is good.

I know that sounds horrible, in fact, you may be screaming at your screen right now, but allow me to explain.

We all act selfishly, and when our being selfish crashes with someone else being selfish, then everyone gets all upset at the other person for being so obtuse that they can't see what we really, REALLY need to have this happen or else the life we are comfy in will go POOF and never return.

You may not have these exact thought processes, but it's close enough.  As for the rest of the time, then they are truly acting on some other impulse, such as being selfish on another person's behalf, or defending their way of life, etc.  Deal with that as best you can--it will not happen very often.
