Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a low impact ancient Chinese exercise consisting of slow, relaxed movements that improve strength, flexibility, and a sense of balance of people of all ages. It can also reduce blood pressure for people of previous sedentary lifestyles. People who practice Tai Chi have been reported to sleep better and have improved cardiovascular health. As a natural stress reliever, Tai Chi is "meditation in motion".
