I have found that the fuzz sound seems to enhance whatever sound (waveforms) might be introduced into your own environment in your area, and not allow you to hear if anything at all is, on the sound byte itself. Many of you are already aware of this. It took some work to get it to you, so give the forty seconds a shot. It is best listened to with GOLDWAVE music editing program, available for free on the net, rather than musicmatchjukebox.

            I hope this transcript is correct, the foreground banging and recorder fuzz sound seems to be capable of overriding what may be heard on tape. I’ll leave it to you.

            This I have found is done in many of NYC’s shelters or contracted SROs hotels. To what degree I don’t know. Sometimes the voices in the residences and surroundin area seem to override the ones on tape, making a transcription almost impossible.. However the work is done and here you are. Read on.

           This was caught on tape by me as I slept here in NYC at George Daly House, a transitional Hospice like temporary residence, on East Fourth Street in NYC. There are several different groups or voice groupings involved in this nightly input, speaking together. Some of this is the transitional shelter staff itself. It is part of the Sounds of NYC, something that I feel is a low decibel type sound, delivered to many buildings here in NYS accomplished with the aid of a telephone and or walkie talkie, and maybe a small loudspeaker boombox or building PA system, hidden from residents view.. The sound seems to emanate from the floors below, and is delivered as we slept. It is meant obviously as a subliminal message meant to instill fear and to cause a resident to hear voices.

            In order to hear the background voices, you must keep your speakers next to your ears, and listen through the foreground sounds of banging and the recorder hiss . Listen all the way through the background sounds, for the audible voices coming from the floors below speaking in groups. This was meant to be a sleep hypnosis and is part of a low decibel mind control administered with the aid of staff of this particular residence.

             The tape recording if you can hear it, explains more, and it is more than just a low decibel try at sleep hypnosis.

 Belkus, when you hear the name, was an employee of Joe’s Fashion Design Bookstore, across from FIT college in NYC, my college where I had been directed to by, staff at Westchester Community College, and it is the same group which may be heard mentioned on the applause link on my site (http://www.geocities.com/rationaldl/index.html) Years before I even thought of heading into NYC to further my education. I was targeted even then, back prior to 1996.

             Some of the voices which may be discerned on this tape are from the Bellvue men’s shelter, other voices seem to jump in at times here, but all here are aligned together in ongoing acts of harassment, and have been years before I entertained thoughts of leaving White Plains and recovery there.

             It was stated on my site, in the applause link years before the event, that I would be living at the Encore 49 Hotel in NYC. This all seems to point to a system whereby an individual may be manipulated by the system, injured, multi-stalked, and harassed, all on a covert level, until injury or death, and or as in some cases be driven into madness, or with the collusion of members of the community, be made to appear that way. I will also sate that I am extremely ill with COPD.

              They even seem to be operational around the areas in or near the rest of the NYC shelter system, and probably, through certain unions and building maintenance departments, have the capacity to be operational in carrying this type of sound disturbance in most buildings in NYS, while remaining unknown and unidentified at least to the general public. Hidden within a wall of sound and some of them living and working within the shelter systems.. In most areas it is almost impossible to identify exactly where the sound is coming from. There is even input from individuals connected with me once in White Plains NY. I believe as others do that nothing more technical than phones, cell phones and walkie talkies are used to inflict torture en mass. I believe that it took a collaboration of unions working together in order to ba able to use the sound in large volume over large areas, while street theater and harassment goes on in realtime in many TI’s lives. I also believe that the whole of the entertainment industry is devoted to using harassment and mind control through its technicians, at least in NYS.
