| Phase II |
| PHASE II work is to complete the structure without basement walls, drywall , insulation finishes, center stairs, doors and hardware, mechanical work, electrical work, and elevating lifting device. Basement fire protection, furnace equipment, temporary lighting and under floor plumbing lines will be included in PHASE II work. The center stair area will be concealed by a temporary wall around the floor opening. The trellis system and related walkway is not included. The curb and gutters asphalt paving, sidewalks (except main entry), and landscaping are all part of PHASE III. |
