Before reading, review with the students what they have learned in the Open Court Unit, Animals. Discuss that the students will be responsible for gathering information using the internet.
Review policies and procedures for acceptable internet use.
Teachers need to prepare a packet containing 4 pages and a cover. Include a question sheet for students to record information and a Venn diagram the students can use for step 3. Instead of just using circles, try using two wolves hooked together for the Venn diagram!
