MEDALIONS
Each medallion starts with a single medallion image. Stamp that image severel (three to six) times on ' the chosen papers and emboss. Cut out one whole image leaving a 1/16" edge of paper around the embossing. This gives weight or a foundation to the final project. Br]egin cutting out other imagesin the design. Apply glue and glitter to chosen areas. Always apply darkets colors of glitter first. Transparent glitter allows paper colors to effect glitter colors. Cut and attach pieces of double-back tape to the back of each plume. Begin to layer by carefully lining up artwork with the artwork underneath. Some pieces can be turned 1/8 " to creat an entirely new image.
