| Once, when the world was still young, before the great battles of the Thousand Years War which locked all magic away from this world into other realm, before man had had usurped the place of trees with cities, there was magic in the world. Magic, which created both enchanting forests and filled them with all sorts of creatures, from helpful to fear inspiring. When the earth was thus, man and magic lived together, not harmoniously, but together, each forced to deal with the other, neither ever truly understanding it's counterpart. It is from this time that most of man's greatest stories, now called fairy tales and myths, spring from. This is one such story. | ||||||||
