| Darien/Tuxedo Mask |
| Darien is the reincarnate of the Prince of Earth from the Silver millenium. In the past he and the Moon Princess were in love. When Beryl attacked, she killed Darien and Serena followed him into death rather than be separrated. In the present times, Darien and Serena were anything but love at first sight. The two fought everytime they crashed into one another. The fights usually started when Darien teased Serena. He was the one who gave her the nickname Meatball head. Darien's parents were killed in a car accident when he was little. His best friend in Andrew. |
| When he was a child, he was in a terrible car crash. Both his parents were killed, and he was left with no memory. He has spent a lot of his time trying to figure out who he is. When the forces of darkness descend upon the Earth, Darien transforms into the caped super hero Tuxedo Mask/Kamen. He always knew when Sailor Moon was in trouble, feeling a horrible pain, and came to save her. But Tuxedo Mask was motivated by dreams of a Princess begging him to help her. Primarily he offers moral support to the Sailor Scouts/Senshi when they are in danger. He can throw sharpened roses, which often stun evil creatures or deflect attacks. Then Sailor Moon and the Scouts/Senshi can finish the monster off. He is at odds with Sailor Moon, neither one trusting the other. While fighting Beryl, their pasts were revealed to them right before Darien was taken by Queen Beryl and brainwashed into working for her. During this time he stayed i the form of Prince Darien for the most part and fought against Sailor Moon while she tried desperatly to free him. In the Original Prince Darien is Really Prince Endymion. Long ago Darien/Mamoru was the prince of the Earth, and was deeply in love with Princess Serena/Serenity of the Moon Kingdom. During the fierce final battle, Prince Darien/Endymion rejected the evil of Queen Beryl and the Negaforce to protect Serena/Serenuty. In the battle Serena/Serenity and Darien/Endymion were both killed. They where then sent to the future on Earth. |
| Later, after the defeat of Queen Beryl, Darien was reborn like the rest of the Scouts. But unlike the others, Dariens memory would not return to him. Instead of Tuxedo Mask, the Moonlight Knight appeared in his place to help Sailor Moon fight. Eventually, the Moonlight Knight was shown to be Darien's love and memories of Serena and his desire to protect her. When the Moonlight Knight went back into Darien, he remebered once again who he had been. |
