Holy Listening
God is a constant in the soul of all people.  God is wooing you into a relationship that is deep, holy, wondrous and necessary to meet one's heart's desire.  Whether we are listening or not, God calls us to enter into this relationship to fulfill our soul's purpose.

Spiritual Direction is a companion relationship that provides you, the seeker, with the supportive presence of a listener who creates an atmosphere where you can look closely and honestly at your relationship with God.

I am a graduate of the Bread of Life/Mercy Cener Spiritual Direction Internship Program and of the Group Spiritual Direction Internship program at the Mercy Center in Burlingame, California.  I am a member of  Spiritual Director's International.

I specialize in working with those who express their spirituality through the Arts, recognizing the interconnection that occurs between the Spirit and the individual via the arts.

I am currently available for both individual and group direction.
