2003 FANTASY FOOTBALL LEAGUE RULES THE DRAFT

Draft 18 players, activate 9 each + a backup player week as follows:

ADDING PLAYERS
From the free agent pool (players not on ANY FFL team), an owner
may add 1 player per week at a cost of $5.00 each.
PRIOR TO 10 PM FRIDAY
If you email or post a message on the website by 10 PM Friday, it works
like a mini draft for players requested by multiple teams. The team with
the worst power rating gets first choice. You may wish to declare a 2nd choice.

AFTER 10 PM FRIDAY
After I have posted the requested drop/adds, you can add the player on the wesite prior to
10 AM Sunday, or before the added guy plays (for Sat.games).
RESTRICTIONS
The added player must be activiated immediately, unless his NFL
team has a bye. Also, you must drop some one from the same position.
The dropped player may not be picked up by another team until
the following week.
WEEKLY ROSTER CHANGES
Post your roster on the website prior to 10 AM Sunday. On weeks with Thursday or Saturday games,
post any changes in the early games before those games start.
Otherwise, you will pay the same lineup as the previous week.
NOTE: Be sure to include the bench tiebreaker player.
NOTE: NO AUTOMATIC ROSTER CHANGES IF YOUR PLAYER HAS A BYE.
Prior to using the new website if a bye made a change obvious (i.e. a defense has a bye & the
other plays), you automatically got the other player. This is no longer the case.
You must make the lineup change or you will have the same lineup as the previous week.
Email Dale if an extenuating circumstance makes this impossible.
If you activate too many players in one position, the highest scorer will not
count. I will enter will your roster and the software will compute the scores
SINGLE ELIMINATION PLAYOFFS
After week 13, the 3 teams with the most wins receive a bye
and the other 10 teams will play in the first round of the
single elimination playoff held weeks 13 thru 16. We will not
have the finals during week 17, when the top players are being
rested.
