But I keep right on praying to you, Lord,
hoping this is the time you will show me favor.
In your unfailing love, O God,
answer my prayer with your sure salvation.
Ever since mid November, I have felt that the Lord has held me directly in his loving hands, and has taken care of me in every aspect of my life. God has proven to me that He plays an active role in my life, that He has done all of this out of His love for me.
How God has treated me is proof that He is not some cosmic grampa sitting idly in a rocking chair until the end of the world. When a prayer is answered, it is not just coincidence. Things just don't happen by happenstance. Not under the circumstances I have been under....it's too uncanny to be just good fortune.
I have felt like He has brought physical and spiritual healing in my life and has drawn me nearer to Him. Now I want to come closer to Him now that I see that His relationship to me is not so distant than what I once thought.
