    Note that if you have a General Education Development test (GED) or do not have a high school diploma and take the ASVAB for enlistment, the military requires a higher AFQT score.  Check with your recruiter for more details about this because each branch of the service has difference score requirements.

Multiple-Choice Answer Sheets
    Machine-rated answer sheets are used by millions of test-takers for school admissions, school examinations, scholarships, employment, and military testing.  Chances are, you have completed multiple-choice answer sheets when taking the SAT, high school exit-level exams, or other school tests. 
     It is important to be familiar with answer sheets so you accurately record your answers.  The points to remember about your ASVAB answer sheets are:
~  The response positions are indicated by ovals or circles.
~  There are four response positions for each question lettered A, B, C, and D.
~  The response positions are numbered consecutively to correspond to the numbers of the questions in the test booklet.
