Michael and David Doherty

The Doherty brothers - straight out of Brooklyn, are the younger brothers of Genevieve and Rebecca. These guys first came to the Barnegat Light scene (at least the same scene as mine) in 1996 or 1997. They had a place for years just off the boulevard and have for the past 2 or 3 years resided at the Ostergren residence as weekend warriors. They always cause a scene just by the presence, not even actions. Part of that is because they almost always bring with them a posse from both Brooklyn and the BL crew.
One friend in particular is Dan, who can play a darn good guitar. Dan has come down on occasion for the past few summers (Starting around 1998). Dan dated Kerrie, one of the Doherty girls' friends, who has also made numerous appearances over the years (summers).
Back to the Doherty boys - they are straight out of Brooklyn, as I've said - in the accent, phrases and attitude. Party favors galore
