I first met Brian at one of the infamous beach parties over 10 years ago (1990?). He was some pretty odd dude from the get go but had this major dose of moxie that didn't let up. He busted out a guitar and started singing show tunes and Grateful Dead classics - something I wouldn't see in a close friend until I met Jeremy Craven at St. Anselm College. With that, he was in. That summer we saw a bunch of him. The next few years became cameo appearances of Brian including a large and fun party he threw himself and another out near Palmyra for a pool party. Brian has gone through more cars than anyone I know with the exception of Pat Crean. They both buy cars that either were hertin' to begin with or they just beat the heck out of. Hopping in a car with Brian was a mission in itself. Getting out of Diner parking lots proved a difficult feat on a few occasions. But hey, what else were we doing? Brian came back strong during the summer of '98 with more tunes to play and more plugs. Brian is a devoted music gathering type of guy. Always trying to get us to go to the MerfFest and others like it as well as gigs of his own. And man, I would go if they weren't so far away and in the middle of nowhere. Overall, Bry guy is one helluva dood and is by far the life of the party on most occasions. Always fun meeting up with him!
