The first thing you do is delete your old myspace code. Next, if you have any large images you'll need to delete them too, to make sure that it doesn't stretch the layout out and ruin it. You should be able to keep all of your text, unless you've written an epic novel for your "About Me" ;). You can keep your music player, it will just be hidden.

(It's a good idea to copy and paste the code you had before in a Microsoft Word Document, so just in case for some reason the layout doesn't work you'll have your old profile to fall back on.)

Okay, so after you've done that, copy ( click in the box and Hit Control and A to hilight everything)and place this code in your "About Me" section:

Now put this code in your "Who I'd Like to Meet" Section:
