| This is another important rank. The High Counsil is a group of guild members who decide on who will become a DKoL member, or if a DKoL member must be banned. The High Counsil also plans all the events and games the guilds have. They will sort out all the items we'll need for those events/games. Before a game or an event is set, the High Counsil must speak to the Royal Advisor or the Royal House first. This rank the Royal House will decide to will become a High Counsil member. The High Counsil is always to tend to meetings, and they will be the ones performing the ceramonies when a Realm citizen becomes a DKoL member. How this works is...the Royal House will assign a High Counsil member to a Realm citizen whom is trying to join DKoL, he/she will be the mentor of the citizen. When the Realm citizen is becoming a DKoL member, the mentor will be performing the ceramony. |
