In a way it has become used to describe someone people see as ignorant though it's more in what they view to be ignorant. Though I'm certain the new defination was conspired by those that wanted to use the word still but wanted some way to seem like they weren't racist.

Does anyone remeber that one case where this white terrorist blew up a bank? Atleast, I think it was a bank. Im mixed, for conferences at school my mom usually goes and she's black.
