Beef Stew
Ingredients:
2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch
cubes
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon paprika
4 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, sliced
Directions:
Put meat in stoneware. Put flour, salt
and pepper over meat and stir to coat. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix
well. Cover; cook on Low 10 to 12 hours (High 5 to 6 hours). Stir thoroughly
before serving.
