The Maintenance Program

The M2 Program (M216 - 16-bit, M232 - 32-bit) counts the Number of Files on our Nine Downloaders
to help insure that the Doctor Report Process (the generation of the MRN's) is moving quickly.
It does this once per minute.

The First Row is the PatData Directories, while the Last Row is the StubX Directory.
Since these two directories are not critical, they are there for Information Viewing, only.

If there are Less than Three Files, the Screen is Green.
If there are Three to Five Files, the Screen is Yellow.
If there are Six or More Files, the Screen is Red.

Clicking on any Box will list the Name of the Directory in the Lower Text Box.
Double-Clicking on any Box will bring up another Window with a list of files in that directory.
Double-Clicking on any of those files will open them in Notepad.

The Maintenance Program writes out to an HTML file (AnyBrowser Style) on our Web Server.
As a result, this may be viewed from any computer with a browser installed.

It uses the same color scheme as above, while only reporting bottlenecks if they exist.

There is a Sister Program called M3 offering some additional counting capabilities.
It allows you to add into the 'M2.INI' file (UNC Names) any other directories you would like to count.
It is Yellow over 150 files and Red if over 450 files
and it only displays the files if there are 150 or more.
It does this once every five minutes.

It also scans the Downloaders Error Logs for any errors and displays them.
