How is a clock like the Bubonic Plague?

A clock is like the Plague in many different ways. The clock may go around 4 times and that could represent the life span of a person who has the plague. On the forrth or seventh rotation could represent the death of the person. The clock could reprsent the intimidating and agonizing pain of waiting while the plague is the villian paining the victim. The hands of the clock also rotate or spread around the clock. The hands being the plague and the clock being the body. This represents the plague because the plague will spread through out the body. One full rotation of the hands could mean the infection has spread throughout the entire body. The clock also represents time. After its rotation time is up. For a person the time is up when the plague has infected them and they are going to die. The clock is always continuing and the plague is always killing.
