In June of 2000, I had the privaledge of traveling to Scotland. These photographs capture but a small peice of the greatness that is Scotland. One of the few places on earth that is the same now as it was 400 years ago. Countless castles line her countryside, none more famous than Eileen Donan castle. The picture above is of me accross the loch from Eileen Donan. This castle has been seen any many movies includeing Highlander, and James Bond:World is not enough, just to name two. The picture on my entrance page is also of Eileen Donan, that picture was taken by me. I hope to one day return to that place, but until that day, I have only pcitures to remind me of what it felt like to actually be there!!! |

Here I am on Culloden battlefield. If you look closely off to the left of the picure , you can see the flags that mark where the Scottish and english armies formed their lines. |

Ok , Enough people make fun of me for being "the Scotsman" I might as well prove them right!!. Here is the ONE AND ONLY Picture of me in a kilt. This was taken in a pub that is located very close to Culloden battlefield. The guy that owned it was named Chris. Every tour group that came through, Chris would dress particular people up in scottish regalia for laughs. Well our tour guide thought i was pretty amuseing because I was the younger person on the tour, and he suggested to Chris that they choose me!! lol well, there I am, and yeh, that kilt was pretty big on me, it was about to fall off! Coincidently the tartan on the kilt is actually antique MacLeod! |
