David Stemkoski's Short Bio

David Stemkoski is currently a Graduate Student at Harvard University and former Director of Software Engineering at World1Net Corporation.

A solutions innovator of 20+ years standing, David has worked in such hands-on roles as director, project manager, international consultant, software engineer, quality engineer, database architect, systems and business analyst. He has been involved with strategic solutions in some of the world's leading companies.

Technical challenges, strategic thinking, and continual evolvement are David's pursuits. He is completing his MLA IT degree and to his credit has earned a MS ITM, MBA, and graduate certificates in Emerging Network Technologies, eCommerce, and Human Resources. His undergraduate work earned him a BSCS and ASAM-CS degrees. He continually challenges himself and people around him to develop world class business and technical solutions.

David lives in San Diego, California with his family but continually travels to Cambridge, MA to do strategic solutions research and work on his thesis.

This web site is in a draft stage and is hosted at my residence with varying upload speeds. The site is based on Apache Forrest (v0.7), which is a publishing framework that transforms input from various sources into a unified presentation in one or more output formats. The modular and extensible plugin architecture is based on Apache Cocoon and relevant standards, which separates presentation from content.
