Ah, yes, the classic game of Battleship.
This very simple one-player Battleship clone is enjoyable to play and not very
hard to learn. The program comes with no documentation or help files, but it is
simple to play. The left grid is where you shoot, and the right grid is where
the computer shoots. When the game first starts you place your ships, and the
ships cannot be touching. You can, though, place your ships in a bent way so a
ship looks like a Tetris block. All in all, Battleship,
especially being such a small file size, is worth it to download. size:126

Obviously, the name Bedtris suggests
a Tetris Clone, which it is. Bedtris is not just a clone, but a great Tetris clone,
and well worth the download. The music on Bedtris is customizable, as well as
the sounds, blocks, and keyboard controls. Probably, though, you'll like it the
way it is. Bedtris has one or two player capability, as well as skill levels,
and it feels and looks like Tetris. You won't go to sleep with this game! size:363

Pong Download
Is it conceivable to cross a game
such as Mortal Kombat with a game such as Pong? You think not? Mortal Pong is
what you get when you cross the two. Basically, you try to bounce the Pong Balls--from
1 to 99 at a time--off your paddle to stop it from going behind your paddle and
to send it back to your opponent (computer or human). When it does, it takes off
some life. It was written by a software company (I guess it is a company) called
Cheesy Software. Yes, I guess you could call it cheesy, but it is with no doubt
a fun game. And when you play the game, see if you can pick out Beavis, Butthead,
Homer Simpson, a Porky Pig clone as Captain Kirk, and (I think) Dennis Miller's
