Colin Newbery has been involved with mixing and producing music since the late 80's originally spinning Electro & Chicago House before discovering Trance in 1994. He was originally discovered in the late 80's playing numerous house parties and was approached to work at the infamous Club UK in London during 1989. He then went on to play out for a variety of companies and promotions in and around South East of England on a near weekly basis. After a 2 yr break, Colin began his first broadcasts on Pirate Radio in 1998 using his "Twync" moniker, a previous production name he had used in his early carreer. He became one of the first Trance only DJ's playing on the underground scene. He also went on to broadcast on Trancezone.com and also slots with a number of internet radio stations. During the summer of 2001 Colin was approached to play for the underground hard trance promotion "Munch" a promotion that had been running for nearly 6 months by this time with a reputation that was fast gaining popularity within the south-eastern region. After only a handful of parties with the Munch Crew, Colin was asked to become a full time resident and eventually a co-promoter. |
| During the course of his carreer, Colin has had the enjoyment and pleasure of delivering the Munch sound to parties across the UK inclusing such nights as Divine, Heaven's Consent, Peach & Frantic in London. Colin has also had the fortunate opportunity to have played along side the likes of Phil Reynolds, James Lawson, Dan Madams, Marc Johnson, Lisa Pin-Up, John Kelly, Des Mitchell, Graham Gold, Darren Pearce, John 00 Fleming, Binary Finary, Scott Mac & more recently Beardy from Wild Thing Records & Mike Chaos from Phantasm Records. Colin has recently returned to a more deeper progressive vibe that originally put him on the path of Trance at the very beginning. Today his sets feature the lush sound of Melodic Psychedelic with an added twist of Techno, Tribal House, Breaks, & dark rolling bass lines from many of today's artists & producers from arounf the globe. For 2006, as Munch enters its fouth year, Colin is busy working in his studio on new Twync Projects & hopes to return to the Czech Republic following his 2005 visit for one of the countries leading Trance labels, Oxygen Records. |

| Jenny Wren has been involved with mixing since the late 1990's. Originally a Trance girl she bought and mixed many styles of music before finding the style which really got her adrenalin pumping on the decks - TECHNO! Discovering the local underground scene led to a stint on Pirate Radio which helped to boost her confidence and enable her to deliver her own style of techno to a new audience, this led to gigs and internet work. Jenny Wren is well known on Internet Radio for her Mixture of Hard European & London Acid Techno. Jenny also plays Drum N Bass, Progressive & a touch of Tech House and Trance when the mood takes her. For Jenny Wren its all about doing what she loves & keeping the music alive and kicking. |

AND now introducing, SneakyG. She is Founder & Graphic Designer of SympliSelected, Member of Liquid Plasma & Studio 206 and creater of this site. SneakyG is married to DJ Phil Mac. They have been together since 1991. Throughout their relationship, Phil Mac has wanted to teach her how to mix and although she has always had a love for music she says that she found that she just never felt "it" when it came to spinning. She has tried to learn the field on many occassions but just didn't get in to it. She found that her love for music could be used in a other ways though, rather then DJing she became a music consultant and co-producer with Phil Mac. During nights out at the club, while Phil Mac was spinning, she would walk around asking people what they thought of the tunes, the mixing & what they would like to hear, never letting on that she was the wife of the DJ. She would then let Phil know what the crowd was thinking, what type of tunes they liked or wanted to hear, as well as what if anything, they thought needed improvement so that he could better please the crowd. It wasn't until recently though that she really teamed up with Phil to start creating music together. |

| In 2001, SneakyG started to work with a graphics program that she heard alot about, which allows her to create and edit graphics. She then joined online groups that would help her better her talent in graphic design. To become part of any group you needed to have a valid screen name, which hers was SympliG. She chose that name because she always felt that she was simply herself at all costs. Take her as she is or don't take her at all. So, when she started really creating grpahics, she needed to come up with a signature or as she knows it as a "watermark" which will keep people from stealing her work and claiming it as their own. Sneaky and Phil Mac then put their heads together and came up with SympliSelected. The name has meaning to it because Sneaky & Phil came up with it together as well as, if you know Sneaky, any work that she does, is selected special for the person she is doing it for. Its SympliSelected! Through her ability to create and edit graphics, she recently started to work on websites and learned the HTML codes and what not that she needed to make any website spectacular. Sneaky has certainly gotten her name out there and has created not only graphics & sites for friends but also for ETA's (Elvis Tribute Artists). Through these sites, her name is getting known in the ETA community & her little business known as "SympliSelected", which started at home is turning heads & she is hoping to be doing graphic design professionally in the future. If you find that you need graphic work done, or a website created to advertise yourself or a business and you are interested in hiring SneakyG of SympliSelected, feel free to contact her at: [email protected] |
