Recording Notes: Show was all acoustic billed as "An Intimate Acoustic Evening with the Pat Mcgee Band". It was a good show...not great for the first half but the second half made up for it. There were many tapers. Avi Saren (Earthworks SR77) and Jeff Dawson (AKG 480) where both taping aud. Doug Purdue taped soundboard and I patched out of Mike Treon who did the matrix. Sometimes the feed was just the SR 77 mics when the soundboard feed flaked out on us. Honestly...there wasn't a noticeable difference as I guess there was more aud in the mix then there was soundboard. Board feeds at mainstreet almost always sound like ass anyway.
