The events of September 11th have touched me and my family, like I'm sure it has many of you! It was at first completely incomprehensible that such a horrible thing could take place here on our soil... Like many of you, I watched in shock and amazement as smoke billowed from the first tower that was hit and was horrified by its' collapse. Then with the second tower and news of the situation at the Pentagon and later in rural Pennsylvania, I was completely in shock and beginning to feel a new type of emotion I can't really remember feeling ever before. It was a sad, but with an extremely pissed off feeling! Sure, I've been sad and 'ticked-off' before -- but this was a different sensation! After we determined the mastermind bastard of these terrorist acts, Osama Bin Laden, I felt that the man needed to be dead..ASAP! The heck with a trial (I know that's the fair and democratic way we do things here in the good ol' USA), let's just blow this sucker the hell up!!! If he was to ever been tried here in the U.S., I do believe that if he wasn't already D.O.A. with a toe-tag, it would be something more like a lynching rather than a trial! Though we will never completely heal our hearts from that tragic day, we as a country and a whole will overcome and move on wiser and stronger than ever before! GOD BLESS THE USA!!!
