Electra Supply Inc.:  November 2001 - present

Order service specialist.  Responsibilities include the timely and professional handling of customer demands pertaining to quotations, orders and follow ups. 

Guillevin International:  August 1998 - November 2001

Counter salesperson. - (Caribou Fasteners, Heap Nosworthy and Lamp Post were acquired by Guillevin International and the company was renamed.)  I worked in the same building with the same people but under new ownership and in a new capacity.

Caribou Fasteners Limited:   September 1991 - August 1998

Daily Operations Manager - Duties included managing a small staff, purchasing, sales/quotations, operating packaging machinery and warehouse work.

McDonald's Restaurants of Canada:   July 1986 - September 1991

Swing Manager (part time hours as opposed to salary) - Responsible for the safe, inventory and production control as well as instructing crew members.  The emphasis was on ensuring outstanding levels of QSC (quality, service and cleanliness) were met.

Education:

 Memorial University of Newfoundland: 1986-1990

Completed 40 credits towards a conjoint Bachelor of Arts/Education degree majoring in Math and  minoring  in French.

Mount Pearl Central High: 1980 - 1986. 

Graduated with distinction.  I excelled in Mathematics and French

Hobbies and Interests:

Sports - ice hockey, ball hockey, softball, 5-pin bowling

Music - I am a private disc jockey catering to weddings, Christmas parties and the like.
