| Cory A. Greene, 26, of Coudersport was admitted to the ARD program for a period of 15 months after being arrested in August by Coudersport Borough Police for DUI. Greene was stopped after allegedly crossing the centerline a number of time on the Port Allegany Road in Coudersport Borough. Police said Greene failed three field sobriety tests and was transported to Charles Cole Memorial Hospital where his BAC was determined to be .231%. Also at the hospital the police proceded to touch his pee-pee and testes along with his butthole without his permission (OK I embellished that part a bit, but it kind of felt like that). Greene must perform 25 hours of community service work, attend DUI Victim Impact Presentation, pay all fees and costs of court and supervision, present to the court the head of his first-born child ( Again, slightly exaggerated ) and his driver's licence is suspended for three months. Greene also entered a plea of guilty to speeding and paid a fine of $59. |
